My experience with gear geek was really good because the delivery time was really quick and the product is really reliable.

I’ve bought a few items from geargeek recently. We’ve got the series 9 & 10 smart watches and we are super impressed with them! I’ve ordered their kids smart watch for my daughter and a karaoke machine which I’m certain she will love! They have an excellent rewards scheme and great customer service. First of all what I like most is item has kinda of guaranteed which is building a trust, secondly the quality is good n the price too.

Purchased a new smart watch from Gear Geek. I arrived faulty as it does not take any health measurements. Tried it on both wrists and a 2nd person to make sure . Logged a faulty return ticket and have now been told that I need to pay the cost of the return. I have a copy of the T&C's and it clearly states:
"For faulty items we will provide a tracked freepost return label" which they now claim they don't do

I purchased two sets of LED strips which were fantastic value for money after a week one of the LED strips failed (this was nobody's fault sometimes these things happen as they are quite delicate) I requested a replacement from Gear geek and I had one within two working days so I fitted it and it's working perfect I had since ordered two more and they are also working perfect. Good quality product and great value for money.

Smart watch very bad quality... sleep tracking don't work normally...heart rate monitoring... really bad working... return I'm not can to send because...text me on email, As previously mentioned, please return your unused item(s) with ALL original packaging including accessories and/or tags for clothing.
