Received an A6 Mini computer as aâŠ
Received an A6 Mini computer as a replacement for the A5 Mini which I had purchased one year prior. The A5 died suddenly and on contacting Geekcom to find an authorized repair centre was advised to return the unit for replacement. It took about a month for the replacement to be received as we had a little negotiation when they offered the A5-2025 model but when I pointed out that the specs on the 2025 model did not meet the specs on the original A5 they offered the A6 in replacement. Faster machine and have been very satisfied with both the original A5 and the replacement A6. Never did find out what killed the A5 but hopefully the problem has been resolved on the newer models.

I purchased the A5 2025 Edition in JuneâŠ
I purchased the A5 2025 Edition in June 2025 and It has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. It's super quiet and very energy efficient. I especially like how compact the unit is and the fact that I can mount on the back of a very large 4K TV. Everything has worked flawlessly except for the range on the Bluetooth. This is due to the fact my keyboard and mouse are about 10'/3m away and that this product has an internal antenna. I decided to upgrade at a very low cost to a Bluetooth 6.0 external USB device and that solved the problem. I did contact Geekom and they were very helpful. I wish I could give partial stars because I feel the unit is almost perfect, but not quite a full 5 stars. I highly recommend both this product and Geekom as a company.

Small Size, Big Performance but deficiant customer service
I bought this mini computer in February 2024, and since then, it has become my daily companion. Honestly, I didnât expect to be this impressed by such a small device. The Geekom 1T12 (MiniAir 12 SE) is compact, discreet, and almost silent â you can barely hear a soft fan noise, just enough to remind you itâs working, without ever being.annoying.
In terms of performance, thereâs nothing to complain about. I use it every day for everything: browsing, work, a bit of photo editing, and streaming. It has never failed me â no crashes, no slowdowns. After several decades of owning all kinds of computers (and losing patience with more than a few), this one is, without a doubt, my favorite
What I especially like is its simplicity: it takes up no space on the desk, starts up quickly, stays cool, and runs efficiently. In short, a reliable, quiet,and surprisingly powerfull little machine for its size.
In summary: the Geekom 1T12 (MiniAir 12 SE) is a small marvel of simplicity and performance. If youâre looking for a compact, silent, and trouble-free mini PC, this is an excellent choice. However, their customer service is deficient. I've been waiting for several weeks without success for a problem to be resolved. I'm sorry to deduct two stars. I am still awaiting in dec 2025......

Awesome little workhorses!
Purchased two different systems, an Intel one and an AMD one. They both showed up quickly and both worked out of the box. I have one setup for my TV (the Intel) and the AMD is my daily driver. Running dual monitors! Can also do some light 1080p gaming on it as well with the AMD integrated graphics and just sips power at under 60 watts! Would recommend these systems! You can also attach the computer to the back of your monitor with the included bracket!

Top support and help over a couple of incidents very good
Great support and help over a couple of problems. My only 'complaint' would be that, in one case, geekcom needed my PC sent back to them for replacement rather than send me one and return the failed device. But they did replace it rapidly - without that much delay. One week. And as it happened replaced with the next model up since same model was out of stock.
All in all pretty good! I plan to buy a device for my wife in the new year.

Because of the use of Windows 11, I bought a new mini-PC Geekom XT 12 Pro. I think I have made the right choice; the construction is solid; and the cooling system is excellent. It is about 1/50 of the size of my desktop but running almost as fast as my high end desktop. I strongly recommend the purchase of this computer.
