Worse than bait and swith
Geekom took an order for a computer from me and withdrew the money from my Credit Card. The site had promised 3-8 business day shipping. At first they said that it was being assembled for shipping. But after 2 weeks they said that the order could not be completed. They offered store credit but I declined and asked for a refund. A week later I again asked for a refund. They have not responded at all to the 2 requests for a refund.
