Awesome customer service, and simple user interface. Like other tools, there is a bit of a learning curve but you'll get over it quickly and the support team is there to guide you.

The helpdesk is incredibly responsive and walks you through every inch of Gempages with easy to follow instruction. I would have been lost without them!

Super helpful. The live chat support literally can help you with anything. The technical questions were answered and if you don't have any coding skills they can execute the changes that you need directly from their side.

Hands down the best app support team I have ever dealt with! Not only is Gempages a great app, their support team is dialed in and gets things done very fast and they always provide instructions on how I can reuse things in other templates if needed. Definitely highly recommend the app!!!

I had an issue in one of my pages so I contacted the customer support and it was very quick to find the best solution for me. Besides the fast reply I still have to mention how polite and thoughtful they were while helping me!

I have been using Gempages for a site rebuild (moved off Zipify) for about 6 weeks.

Some site design is outsourced, and some is done by me.

It took a little while for me to get comfy with it, and ANY time I had an issue, the team and support at Gempages have been "6"-Star exceptional.
