This is a very shady company! I have 3 items that never shipped. Shipping label created and they never went anywhere. They informed me that they are not responsible and that they only give $100 gift card. The items I bought are worth way more money than $100. This company lacks integrity so please don’t risk it

Buyer Beware!! This company will keep your returned items and will not issue a refund. They will try to lie and justify their actions with outside of return window as a reason not to refund. Yet, they only accept the slowest USPS method as a return method. They will not accept UPS, DHL or FedEx as delivery options.

They were aware of my returns but they were held in customs for several weeks. I mailed the return within the return window but customs is out of my control.

Currently, they have $3206.36 of my money and their merchandise. They are refusing to refund me yet they are reselling the returned merchandise on their website. They have had my returned items since January 11th and have made no attempt at refunding nor do they have any intention of refunding. I returned my items on December 12th via USPS.

I want my refunds. You have your products back and you are currently reselling them on your website so please do the decent thing and refund me.

I contacted them today for help and that’s when I found out that they received the returns but they will not be refunding me.
