Great job

Great job. This was our 1st time ordering from them so I was skeptical at first. Made a rather large order for us and I’m amazed. Ordered late Friday so nothing happened till Monday and we received our package in 11 days from India. I screwed up payment upon ordering so I called them-he looked a fixed us up. Will buy again & we told are adult children also. Thank you Generic

The package arrived on time but it was


The package arrived on time but it was torn open. It only had one piece of tape that didn't hold the paper envelope together very well. This caused us to lose 5 pieces of our order. The order before this one came in a box and was tapped very well. I don't know why they used a paper envelope this time. Nevertheless we lost items. I have contacted GenericUSA and we'll see if they fix the issue.
