I was a bit nervous ordering from overseas, but in the end, the backup was good. The tracking didn't seem to work at first, but I queried it and it was fixed immediately. The product is well packaged and it works.

Answered any of my questions very quickly and shipping was actually pretty quick considering it came from another country.

Good orders arrives fast and satisfied about the service.

Package came on time and wrapped securely

The item was paid for in December 2024 and shipped on the 2nd of January 2025.

An email was sent on the 5th February to chase this order up. So far I have had no response to that email, or received the item. Today is the 11th Feb 2025

As of the 5th of March 2025 no response not even here on Trustpilot. Goods still not received.

It is now Feb 2026 still waiting for the item and a response !

I'm a new customer, switching from another mail order pharmacy. WowRx had better pricing, better shipping cost (free!) and the website is more flexible on order quantities whereas the competitor limits order size or splits a large order into multiple shipping charges. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there were a couple of days after paying where I was left wondering "was this place real?". Perhaps that had to do with the holidays. Eventually I received notice of shipment and a few weeks later the product arrived, as ordered. I would absolutely recommend to a friend, to you.
