No significant change at all ... of course the liquid drops dispenser didn't work at all .. I emailed for help and was told to run warm water through the dispenser ... didn't work -- all 3 bottles were like this. And since it seems GenF20 Plus knows this why haven't they fixed it! Great product, my wife says I look younger everyday. Only problem is that the oral spay nozzle gets clogged. It is a bit of a inconvenience to use warm water to clear and/or measure 1/4 tsp per use.

70 years and feeling younger!
