geniusarbitrage.com claims their agents are online but they never respond to their support chat messages especially lately. Not good and very concerning.

geniusarbitrage.com has many problems:

Their website is offline frequently. I use a site tracker to find out when its offline. I get daily alerts. Today alone i got many alerts.

There is extreme censorship in telegram groups where admins are blocking and removing for simple comments. Today one of them, Brenda Johnson (obviously not her real name) has blocked me when i questioned her about removing me from the telegram group over asking about an issue, of being removed from the telegram group.

Removing anyone from the telegram group, even for violations, is a corrupt and bad move as even with money in the platform, i may have no one to reach when their website is offline.

Besides, when their site is offline frequently, i would post in the telegram group only to be censored, and ask to remove comments, and this is bad. Brenda Johnson seems to be an emotional support agent that takes it personal instead of handling concerns in a professional manner.

And geniusarbitrage.com support in general takes things personal and is never trying to help, even their site support via site chat. They even ask to delete comments, which i will report on as needed and will keep doing so. They gone as far as asking for my telegram account username and not even bother helping, but instead, Brenda Johnson admin, blocked me from her telegram account, leading me to post this review.

Also their site is unprofessionally designed, with various grammatical problems and is so frequently offline, and at one point, was suspended from a web hosting firm. I will suggest to all investors and even prospective investors, and skeptical ones to not invest in geniusarbitrage.com and take money elsewhere, specifically sec registered investment firms.
