It took couple months to finally open my account. But since a few weeks it's live. They respond quite fast to my emails. So far I used it a few times to buy crypto and all went perfectly fine, just upgraded to Suri to avoid SEPA fees for withdrawing. Hope the new cards will come soon!

My account was blocked for 1 incoming deposit for 925 EUR, that was a refund from an apartment owner 😕
One day later they enabled my account, but did not credit deposit, refiring to KYC policy
Finally, they credit it, but next few hours I received an email that they close my account and I need to send all money to another place. I started to withdraw my money and finally it was processed. Lama is a bad place to keep your money. Be aware. They are not scam, but the can make many troubles.

Classic rugpull scam. Deposits are working but fiat and crypto withdrawals are not getting processed. Support was answering that regulation and KYC is the problem so that they need weeks of verification however the next week they claim "technical issues".
Caution! Do not send these thieves any funds!

I met them at an NFT fair in Valencia and they had a big stand. I opened an account and after two weeks they blocked me and stole my money.

This is a scam. Their website isnt available any more, my accounts are unaccesable, money gone. Bunch of frauds. Do not engage with these scammers

On July 17, my Lama account was replenished, the money was not credited, and the account was blocked
I requested a refund to my bank, where the replenishment came from, they told me that I had to wait 4 weeks for some checks, but 2 months passed and still no money

do you really want to steal my money??? I hope for your answer and solution to the problem
