It has an amazing UI, smooth, easy to use and understand and streamlines everything into an easy to access plataform.
However, out of nowhere, I got an Account Suspended situation due to "Fraudulent charge via Stripe" and I don't even know how to contact them about it. I do not have stripe nor am I aware of having done anything of the sort but would like to solve the issue since their service is top notch.

This site has been my absolute go to for years now!

The process is extremely beginner friendly which was awesome, considering I don't know anything about the process. This has been AMAZING for when I start a new playthrough of the game and I want a specific team in the beginning of my runs. I've been able to enjoy much doing more playthroughs and nuzlockes way more than I ever would.

I just got back into pokemon a few years ago, and I was unable to claim a lot of the mystery gifts and event pokemon from before I started playing. They allow you to essentially get these pokemon, even if you weren't there for the event. I'm really thankful for my shiny zeraora that I claimed

All in all, I'm glad I randomly stumbled across this website. It's very simple, the interface is nicely laid out, and it's extremely fast to get whatever you want. thanks so much !!!

I love this server because of its Pokémon raid codes, as they let me get shiny versions of my favorite Pokémon and farm items like Terails and Treasures.

I liked how smooth the UI is and how everything feels quick and easy to understand, and Genpkm really stands out because you can tell they’re responsible and genuinely serious about what they do, which makes other people enjoy and trust it too. Although I think some things can still be clearer, but overall it is amazing. Genpkm support is very helpful and the community is great! My discord username is yeety_mcbeety

It is user-friendly and easy to use. It made my life easier and made playing my games more enjoyable.

This is 401domdom, gen pkm makes hemming the easiest thing ever. I have shiny Celebi, jirachi, and mew in bdsp now that obey! The discord server has very nice support too.

It's very easy to use and there's even mini tutorials to teach you how to use it if your unsure sure about how to use it. I had no experience my first time and I found it way easy. Another great point about it is that you can even use it as a free user. Like premium isn't required it is nice to get as it makes it so u can trade up to 4 at a time and have no cd. But even trades as a free user aren't too bad.

The site is super userfriendly! I had no prior experience with how it works and everything was easily explained and understandable on the site. When support was needed, the discord has always been extremly helpful aswell. The many features on the site provided me with everything i needed and even more. All in all an excellent experience, will happily use it again!

I play Pokémon together with my wife and my child. I helped them create their own GenPKM accounts, but each account belongs to a different person and is used by them only.
We play from the same home and internet connection, which may have caused confusion.

I'm actually weird in that I don't use Sysbots for Pokemon, but rather I use them to help me restock my Apricorn and other rare Pokeballs for use in my shiny hunting. Genpkmn.com is one of the better and easier places I've been able to do this in, and if you have any issues there's a discord where people are that will try to help you.

Pokemon gen is a good service will defiantly use them again.

They made it so easy to get the pokemon that where taken by scalpers
