When I arrived I noticed that the office and treatment room were immaculate, clean above and beyond my expectation.
The receptionist was professional yet warm and friendly and extremely helpful.
My experience with Dr. Hanna was one of the best I have ever had with a medical professional.
When she sat with me it was as if she had all the time in the world to answer my questions and to explain my treatment options.
I felt at ease and confident with her being my dentist as of this very first appointment.
One glaring thing that must be addressed is the broken glass on the front door. Which gives a very poor first impression.

Lina is very gentle with lots of advice I would definitely recommend.

If you are a nervous/anxious client. This is the right place to attend for checkups and treatment.
Staff here are exceptional in making you feel that you are the centre of everything.

From first presenting with fractured tooth to beginning implant surgery and completing today, I have at no point been in pain.
A peaceful and calm atmosphere would be enough to allay the anxiety of the most nervous patient.
At all times I have been encouraged to get in touch over any concerns. I haven’t needed to but it is a comfort to know that help is readily available.

I’ve had the same dentist for many years so when my dentist Roxy retired I was lost at whether to stay at gentle care or move on. It was also the reason I had not been back in 18 months. Well today I’ve changed my mind, I met Shivani, she was very welcoming, friendly and gave honest feedback. It has really put my mind at ease. Thank you Shivani!!

The dentist was very good explaining what he was going to do gave me option of glue or cement. I plumbed for cement. He fitted the crown that was dislodged back on to the tooth having cleaned the site well. The amount of time needed to wait over the christmas period is what let Gentle dental down over all. A emergency appointment still cost me £70.00, but for an emergency having to wait over a week wasn't good.

It is always such a pleasure to go and see Dr Avi, Dr Mish and the team at Gentle Dental Care; it is more like visiting good friends than visiting the Dentist. Their professionalism and care fill you with the utmost confidence that you are in good hands. I have recently had treatment for an Implant with Dr Mish and from the outset, I have felt completely comfortable and at ease with the whole procedure. Dr Mish explains everything to you, step by step and makes sure you understand what is going to happen. The whole procedure to date has been pain free and very easy.
An implant is an invasive procedure and you need to feel happy and confident with your Dental Surgeon and with Dr Mish you will have no worries at all.
I cannot recommend Dr Avi, Dr Mish and the GDC team highly enough, they are “simply the best”.

As someone that is petrified of dentists after poor previous experiences I can honestly say this surgery and every single one of their staff is amazing. There is no judgement, they are kind and put you at ease immediately. I would recommend to absolutely anyone

The receptionist were friendly, polite and helpful. The dentist and her assistant were thorough and gentle in the treatment they provided. I’d recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent Dr Faysal & others staff services are outstanding

I first went to Gentle Dental surgery at Shirley Road, Croydon with Iain to have some major work done, making new upper and lower plates, there work changed my life for which I will be forever grateful, I have recently attended there for a bit more work and am still extremely happy with there helpful and very professional work.

All good, went in with tooth ache, came out pain free and after a few weeks a new tooth so all went well.

I had a session with Lina. She is absolutely amazing. Lina always makes a careful checks about my gums and spots any possible problem in advance, so I can report to specialists doctors, i.e. Mish and Victoria
She also gives advice and motivations

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Avi ( and I speak as a nervous patient!).
Personal service given as standard by this Practice and I feel that my individual needs are well understood.
Very welcoming Reception staff make a real difference, too.
