I have been attending Gentle Care since march 2023 due to severe gum disease. My first consultation left me feeling very concerned as the results were shown visually, on a x ray photograph. A programme was put in place for me. I visited the hygienist and was given guidance on how to improve the health of my gums. A few months later I went back to see Dr Mish to see if any improvements had been made. When I was shown visually the X ray photograph from March compared to the recent results the difference was amazing. The guidance and support given by this practice had resulted in a greatly improved health of my gums. I would highly recommend Gentle Care Dental Practice.

Iain dealt with my tooth filling in a caring fashion and talked me through what he was doing. He was accompanied by a very competent assistant. All the work was completed without any pain or issues. Thanks

Fantastic Hygienist Beneet is, did a thorough clean and very careful with my very sensitive front teeth. His advise with regards to my dental hygiene was on point.

Appointment scheduled for 3:30. Arrived at 3:20. Offered and given a drink but still sitting in waiting area with no updates as to when I will be seen and it’s now4:10 :(

Excellent dental practice.
Easy to get hold of someone on the telephone. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Kind and patient dentist who takes time to explain what needs to be done and why. Would definitely recommend.

Right from booking the appointment, arriving at the dental care unit, treatment, advise all went smooth and was of top quality.

Had a very good experience with Dr Anhaar, she takes the time to explain everything to you and educates you on oral hygiene, as simple as many of us think it is there is always something more to learn and you can feel she is very passionate about it and cares about you teeth. Would highly recommend.

As soon as i walked into the practice I was met with kindness by the entire team. A particular thanks to my dentist Amit for being so caring, willing to go the extra step and doing his job with great care. Not only he looked after my teeth without pain, but he took the time to provide all the necessary guidance. A real asset to the clinic. Thank you so much Amit and team

Everything explained by the dentist before doing any work.
Not exactly painless, but perfectly bearable with the opportunity to halt treatment at any time.
More than happy to continue being treated in the future.

The dentist was friendly and made you feel at ease and listens to you.

All staff are friendly and welcoming, I am very nervous when I go and Lina the hygienist is amazing as Iian the dentist. They are very much about putting you at ease and explaining everything.

On Friday 29th evening a row of three crowns on the bottom left jaw broke off in a dumpling at dinner leaving me in agony until I was able to locate and fall in the lap of Gentle Dental Health and Dr Emily Tam at 132 Wickham Rd. I was depressed and suicidal with the discomfort when I entered the surgery with my carer.
We were greeted by two enchantingly pleasant and reassuring receptionist - Shannayah and Angelina who gave me a three page form to fill out and explained what will happen next and my dentist will Dr Emily.
The superb service continued with Dr Emily and her assistant who took three X-rays filed the jagged teeth away which was tearing into my tongue after she explained there was no way the crowns could be put back and recommended I see a periodontist as a result of the other disasters she found.
I left the surgery pain free except for the post pain stab wounds from the gagged teeth. I am in prayer that Gentle Care Health will take me on as an NHS patient. I cannot thank you more for the service I received today from these nice people who are so happy pleasant reassuring and gentle when serving.

Iain Soulsby is the most fantastic dentist. His knowledge is extensive and his experience and expertise is second to none. He takes the trouble to understand the client’s whole well being. He is professional and such a lovely person. I totally trust him.

I would 100% recommend Dr Anhaar. Her detailed advice on day to day dental care has helped me to keep my teeth in good health over many years. Hygiene checks are the most thorough I’ve ever had. Kind, caring and very professional.

I've just had a tooth extracted by Dr Mish in preparation for an implant. I was a bit nervous about having it out under local anaesthetic at first due to a previous experience,but honestly I didn't have anything to worry about, it took less than 10 minutes with no pain or discomfort.
