I damaged my front tooth and I cannot praise Gentle Dental enough for the prompt treatment and care the gave me.

Kindness. Patience. A proper explanation of what has gone wrong. Enough advice to make an informed decision. An interest on me as a person. Plus standard things like ample parking and competent reception. As I walked away I said, 'I'm going to enjoy coming here.' Then I found myself thinking what a strange thing that is to say about a dentist!

My son is autistic and the dentist explained very clearly what instruments he was using and why. My son was very calm. Excellent service.

Dentist and nurses are nice and explain clearly. In addition, our appointment is on time.

All explained to me prior to the treatment, carried out the work on a filling with minimum discomfort, very professional.

Dr Bardia was most courteous, friendly, gentle, explained everything clearly before he did it and answered all my questions. I did not feel any pain and felt relaxed throughout the treatment.

I had a checkup and filling session with Dr Anhaar Mohamedali last Friday. I have known Dr Anhaar for many years well before she joined GDCG as an associate. Dr Anhaar is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable dentist. Her care and attention for patients is superb. Above all her nice smile and very polite and down to earth manners are fascinating. I highly recommend her services.

The worst dentist on record for the simple reason that they took me off the dental registration 'without' informing me. They'd referred me to the hospital a few yrs back b4 Covid. Few months ago I called to make an appointment for a slightlywobbly tooth only to find they'd deleted me off the register without telling me. They said they had texted me beforehand to ask me to contact them but when I asked them for proof of their contact, they couldn't, However, they stated I could go back as a private patient even though they knew I had a NHS Exemption Card and couldn't afford private. I spoke to them yesterday and a male gave his name as Luke and when I called there again today the receptionist didn't know anyone called Luke. Twice they misinformed me deliberately. And if they can do that to one patient they can misinform anyone else. To them I am just an NHS number and that won't make them any money at all

My daughter had serviour pain in her tooth. I rang our dentist bespoke and was given an appointment the same afternoon by the wonderful receptionist. We went to the appointment and Dr Brenda Mcmillan was so excellent, within a short period of time sorted my daughter's pain out and put a biiiiiiig smile on her face. Excellent, professional, gentle friendly service .

The dentists and hygienists I’ve had appointments with at Gentle Dental have all been passionate about giving the best possible treatment. Gentle Dental offer cosmetic services but in four years of regular attendance this has never been suggested and the importance of caring for and maintaining my natural teeth/ gums is emphasised. I have at least two hygiene appointments annually- I am long term diabetic and preventing gum disease is challenging. I am very happy with my treatment and recommend Gental Dental to anyone wanting to preserve their natural teeth.
