I wanted a gold link for my cartier American,saw some for sale at rediculous money, spotted one for sale with this company,contacted them to see if it would definitely fit my model, Daniel said he would find out,he came back shortly after and said it would and that it was like new condition,it did and it was,it was delivered the very next day,plus he excepted an offer I made,it arrived with a very pleasant thank you note. I highly recommend them,Ron Buckingham

Purchased an Omega Seamaster in mid 2024 for £3200. These watches should be able to reach depths of 300 meters however, upon taking my watch for a swim in my local pool within an hour the face became smeary and condensation had crept in. Two hours later the watch completely stopped and all efforts to get it going again failed. Upon contacting the company I was told to reach out to the company who serviced it. Given this was within 3 months of purchased I was less than impressed. £30 to ship it off as has to be fully trackable and insured. No offer to cover this cost at least. The watch went off to the service centre who kept it for a little over 2 months due to the damage on the watch. It was in such a bad way they had to obtain the materials from Switzerland to fix it. The watch eventually got back to me following a further delay. This morning the watch has completely stopped once again and this has only sat in a watch winder for a week. This company will no doubt direct me back to the service centre who is Omega approved but not actually Omega themselves. Very disappointed and it feels the after sales service from this company is none existent. I now have 4 of these types of Omega's and none of them have gone wrong like this one.
