HORRIBLE! One email confirming purchase after they quickly debited my acct. Not a word since and no shoes! Repeatedly tried to reach them. No luck and no response. Don’t buy from these people.

Never Again. The constant delays in shipping was ridiculous! Then on top of that the shoes I received was in a plastic bag and not in the original box as they were promised and these shoes are not authentic. They were missing items that should have come with the shoes. As I stated you got me this time but NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a coat on 11/12/25, and nowhere in this listing did it state that it was in back order, out of stock, or a simple disclaimer. Not here. Genuine Authentic Brand thinks its better practice to list all their products as available, take your money, then leave you on a lurch for weeks. Joanne and Peter can foam at the mouth with their scant and empty replies to ALL of these similar complaints from hardworking customers, all of us feel lost. Then, Genuine Authentic Brand responds to me, after weeks, to say that the jacket was a “special order…” from where? Who are they ordering from that it takes over 3 weeks and the track number they provide to reassure you hasn’t been updated since? The coat came out in 2022, there is no special order: Either you have it or not. In fact, it takes a fools to believe that this company is not just a mere “pass through” for other shady companies in other parts of the world. And if an order cannot be fulfilled as promised, this company results to shady mail fraud schemes, as describes in previous complaints. Go ahead and reply to this one Genuine Authentic Brand - with your AI generated responses. Oh, and my order number is #4089 by the way. I gave you the benefit of the doubt from the last order, which you guys tanked on. But after reading the other complaints, I too question the authentic quality of your products.

Then, on January 14th I finally receive the coat and guess what? It was a counterfeit. Now they want their fake coat back, after telling me that no refunds or exchanges are due because it was a "special order." Now "Jenny" sends me a return label and threatens to charge my account if I don't send this piece of crap back. Meanwhile, I deleted the pay platform the coat was purchased in the first place. DO NOT SHOP FROM GENUINE AUTHENTIC BRAND - THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHENTIC!!!

Muy mal servicio la verdad como va a ser posible le hize una compra el día 12/30/2025 por el cual aún no tengo soporte ni mi compra y menos aún el número de guía para hacerle un seguimiento de cuando llega mi compra laverdad lee escrito por todas las vías por todas sus redes por soporte y pues nada aún sin solución sobre mi compra laverdad me parece un abuso de su parte y una injusticia total cuando al momento de mi compra hicieron el cobro y ya hoy día /01/20/2026 todavía no tenga la solución de mi compra por lo tanto merecen es reportarle la compañía y la cta de las redes porque parece esto es una estafa total así que necesito solución inmediatamente sobre mi compra por favor gracias

Where do I begin? I made a purchase on December 15,2025. Package was expected on December 23,2025. Here we are in January 2026, and still no package. There was no direct communication from your company regarding my package. Had I not reached out to you multiple times I may assume that you had no intention on reaching out to me. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I don’t like disappointing my grandson, but, thanks to you. That’s EXACTLY what happened. I am NOT a happy customer and will. NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. DO BETTER for your future customers!!! If I could give you 0 stars that what you would’ve received.

I placed a $500 sneaker order with “Genuine Authentic,” and what happened next was a complete nightmare.

After they took my money, I heard nothing for weeks. No updates, no tracking, no customer support. Their phone number goes straight to a Google Voice message that says the subscriber is unavailable — which was my first red flag.

When I emailed asking what was going on, they avoided answering and kept offering me other shoes, other sizes, other models even though I said, over and over, that I wanted a refund. They ignored every refund request.

Weeks later, they suddenly sent a tracking number for a package I never received.

What USPS discovered through their investigation using GPS coordinates is what shocked me:
• The package with my tracking number was NOT delivered to my address
• The weight and dimensions didn’t match sneakers (it was tiny and weighed an ounce)
• The label with my tracking number was on someone else’s package entirely
• USPS told me this is a common fraud tactic involving switched labels

In other words: they never shipped me anything. They use the barcode from my order and put it on a different address in the same ZIP Code and sent them an empty poly bag – the USPS supervisor took a photo of it.

I submitted the USPS documentation to my credit card company, and my charge was eventually reversed — which says everything you need to know.

This was my experience. I strongly warn anyone considering a purchase to avoid this company entirely. The communication, the fake tracking, the dodging, the pressure tactics — all of it felt deceptive from start to finish.

Highly disappointed run away from Genuine that is not genuine at all

19 days after my order and not even the shipper has received it. They reply to emails when they want to and when they do they are talking about the shoes being in a warehouse. No progress whatsoever. Today is the function I bought the shoe for, and well, I will go with my old pair of shoes.

These 5star reviews have to be fake!
Here I am 3 months in and still product nor refund. But now, no one responds to texts or emails… they’ve stolen my money and don’t care how it looks.
Can anyone suggest what I can do legally?

I bought alot of shoes from this place. All jordans. I instantly got nervous and started doing research, I noticed they have a lot of bad reviews and sell fake shoes. For some reason they don't accept returns for the shoes. I immediately within 15 minutes of purchase tried to call. It went to voice mail, the number doesn't work.
I emailed and told them I want to cancel, I said how they prove authenticity. I got one reply that said they personally authenticate each item, they disregarded my cancel request. I emailed 5 more times asking for a cancelation. They went ahead and mailed the shoes and rever responded to another email.
These people are crooks. Horrible customer service. Why wouldn't you accept returns on shoes if your guaranteed authenticity? Oh because they know they are fake duh.
I'm in the process of filing claims with my bank, not going to open the packages. And return to sender. Fingers crossed I get my near $3000 back.
Very dissatisfied. They could of at least said they would work with me and not ignores every email I sent. They are clearly rich and I'm a person afraid to loose money on a bad investment.
They don't care they just want more money from un knowing customers.
My PayPal has reached out to them also, no response or course.
Thank God for paypay buyer protection and discover card for being on the buyers time.
I just hope it all works out.

Sold me fake retro black cat air Jordan's. Tried calling leaving messages. No return call or text. Never been worn. Tried to sell them and was told they are knock offs from china. 310.00 said they couldn't refund my money because of 30 day return policy. They are fake and shouldn't that make the return policy null and void. They said they have a new 3rd party supplier and couldn't recoup the money from the one they bought the shoes from.That shouldn't be my fault I bought from you not the 3rd party. If I have to spend 2,000 on an attorney I definitely will for selling me fake shoes.

Totally wrong size, flimsy material. Not what I expected feom the picture. I will be returning tgis.

I'm very satisfied with my recent experience. Peter always reply to my questions quickly. The product I received was perfect. I definitely come back again for my next purchase.

I’m very disappointed with my last purchase because the sneaker which I bought was confirmed as fake by trusted 3rd party. I asked for refund, but there was no way to return or refund. Please be aware.

I ordered several thousand dollars worth of shoes because I trusted this site and they screwed me over badly. I had bought a pair of Jordan 4 Retro red thunder mens shoes in March 2022 and they were great and authentic above all else so I had no doubts at all when I saw the deals they had on Jordans but I was way wrong. I recieved my first order yesterday being 2 pairs of Jordan 4 Retro black cats and they are counterfeit! I couldn't believe my eyes, plane as day you could immediately tell they were knock offs from the box they came in to the insoles to the tags on the shoes saying they were made in 5 days. Anyone who knows anything about Jordans knows what im talking about. I am giving them a chance to refund my money or exchange for authentic products before I go crazy so I will update this post as soon as I know something.
Update; recieved second package today, 3 more pairs of Jordan 4 retros, ALL FAKE!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with retail - shipment was delayed for weeks. Received product (Nike Air Jordans). I want to return them and am getting no replies to my emails, I’ve had to threaten to use an attorney. I got a short reply and nothing since. Worst experience of my life.
