I placed an order and it said it would be delivered January 6th 2026. Based on tracking my package went from Jacksonville Fl to somewhere in Puerto Rico I live in South Florida by the way. I contacted the seller immediately to express my concerns. They said they would send it after a while. They gave me scamming vibes so I told the seller I didn’t want the package any longer and that I wanted my refund the seller continue to send the package to me which arrived January 23. I contacted TikTok shop several times they refuse to give me a refund. The seller confirmed that they would compensate me and give me a refund. TikTok later confirmed that they would refund me and if I receive the package that I could keep the items and still receive my refund. TikTok has made it to where I can no longer communicate with the sellers on the TikTok shop, but will still allow me to place orders with TikTok shop. How does that work? This company is a scam. They keep referring to you as “dear” which is unprofessional. The seller keeps denying my refund request but keeps texting me saying they will “look into it”. I want what I was promised. The hair is TRASH by the way, and based off of the reviews on TikTok shop, it has caused allergic reactions to a lot of customers. The sellers customer service sucks. They are incompetent and they do not listen. I have yet to receive my refund. Do not order from them!!!!! They are scammers.!!!!!!!! I know their scammy behinds won’t reply to my review but they will be hearing from my attorney!

Warning: Don’t shop from here poor quality hair. Received item not as pictured. Also free items were different than I was supposed to recieve. I have to dispute with company about refund since they sent in fake photos of what I sent back. I sent back hair in the condition received, which was poor quality hair. Thin/ brittle ends. They sent in photos of used hair that were not sent in by me claiming that is what I sent them so they could try to get out of refunding me.

I ordered a wig April 30th AND NEVER GOT IT!,

I place an order over 2 months are longer and never received my order nor my money

I order two wigs on February 5th. I received an email saying they shipped on the 7th.Today is the 19th. Still nothing. I didn’t read the reviews. The email connected to this site does not work. I notice in the reviews they will say you didn’t order from them. Lies all lies. If I don’t get my money or wig I’m shutting that Facebook ad down Baby.

I don't have an experience but the reviews saved me time and money. Because unlike the other customers I will go to higher heights to shut people down about my money. Thanks ladies

I want to order a wig from them to be specific Uwigs but I’m nervous all these bad reviews I don’t know who to believe

I did not like the quality of their wigs when i received them . No phone number to contact them. they request a email to be sent . they sent me no address to send the wgs back im still waiting . stated ther is a 7 day window. worst website purchase ever

I thought the site had a lot of nice wigs. I purchase three wigs got three total different Wigs than what I ordered & the wrong color. They look like a costume wig I am so disappointed in this company I’ve tried to contact them to get my money back I had to go through PayPal to do my dispute I am very disappointed very very if I could post pictures I’d sure would.

Bought a wig from Uwigs, asked to return it due to wrong color. Was told they could refund 30% of the purchase price and I could keep the wig. Explained I wanted the wig in light brown and would be happy to return the original wig as the color was unbearable. Well, for six months I've been told they shipped a replacement and, for six months I've been telling them I never received it. Now they don't even bother answering my emails. Very unreputable. I would caution you not to purchase anything from this company. To further prove this company is a phony corporation, their own website shows;

The company is in China, the Maspeth, New York address is a wig shop by the name of Queen Hair, (read Yelp complaints, exact same complaints as posted on this site), and the phone number is in Arizona. C'mon now! Really? Oh, and by the way, this is definitely the company I purchased from, so please do not tell me it was another company with a similar name.

Fraudulent company!!! Buyer beware. I ordered a black wig received a blonde wig. Nothing like the pic. I ordered it on 3/28/2022 and received it on 4/28/2022 a month later. I request a refund! I'm sure I will never get it! But that's okay you reap what you sow!

I ordered 7 wigs from them..only one wig look like the pictures..I spent nearly $200 and I got scammed..the wigs look nothing like the pictures or videos.these wigs look like they are worth $10.I ask for a refund..I am still waiting..it's past 15 days😠

I I have not received my order yet until today I made this order March 4th 2021 I have sent a message no one will respond I can't get no contact information if you don't respond with my product and not the fake ones that they send on the reviews send me my money back or we'll be reporting to the better Business bureau this don't make any sense that you are is scamming people and won't send the products nor refund their money back someone is going to have to do something about this I will be reporting this to The newsroom as well

Absolutely awful and then when you leave a bad review they pretend that they don't know you. Nobody would have the time to leave a review unless it was true .... they begged me not to leave bad feedback told me they would send me another wig instead they sent me a fake that cost around £2.99

This company is a big scam scam scam they lie to They customers about the quality of the products what I order Did not look like the picture that was posted on the website this Company sent me mess look like they got it out of a goodwill trust me if I could take a picture of these Goodwill bad bad wigs they send me trust me I will put them on this website that’s how bad the wigs was I’m telling y’all when when y’all see people write good reviews it come from the people that works there because they do not send your product on time I placed my order January 4 I didn’t receive my product until January 22 This is how awful they are

I’ve had the best customer experience ever with UWigs. Betty was willing, patient , kind and very thorough.
I will definitely shop again…!

What you get is nothing like what you think you are buying.

They should be kicked off from online retail
It’s not fair to con online customers.

UWIG SCAMMER ALERT!!

Run run run run from this company. They are the biggest SCAMMERS that conduct business using fraudulent practices. They advertise fake pics of the item you want to purchase and then send you smelly, trashy wigs which immediately begin to shred. They refuse to accept a return and refund your money.

I would like to thank y’all for doing y’all best to get my package here. In my eyes y’all are doing a very good job and I want y’all to keep the good work up thank y’all
