Georgiana Scott & THE HOOP STATION レビュー

I bought your rose gold hooped ear rings for my wife’s 16th Wedding Anniversary and she absolutely loved them! Many Brownie Points!

Great communication from Juliet who contacted me shortly after ordering to confirm whether or not the order was a gift so packed accordingly.

She also did her best to make sure that the order arrived in time (which it did) in a short time frame.

Great customer service.

Very happy with the quality of the earrings as well as the quick delivery and interaction with Juliet.

I ordered four pair of hoop earrings from this little family company apparently effectively run mainly by just one person! I received them within the time specified with no hassle at all. The hoops were packed in little plastic bags and were all in pristine condition. They were a pretty light shade of gold, probably a pretty thin layer of gold plating, and very light-weight. It does say online that they were lightweight and they certainly were, and that's great for some people, however I prefer a bit more weight to mine for more of a quality feel. The clasps on some of them also felt a bit flimsy and didn't seem like very high quality so I returned all of them again. Keep in mind I'm very picky, and I would probably have been very happy keeping all of them however since I'm a student on a tight budget, I have to be very selective. The returns process was super fast and the refund didn't even take 2 days after I sent the parcel before it was in my account. Great customer service the whole way and quick responses even on a weekend!

Gorgeous hoops and really lovely personal service. Would highly recommend and look forward to ordering again!
