I purchased this spray as I was hesitant in purchasing any more products to try on my dogs skin, they had a 60 day money back guarantee , no questions asked and full refund and no return of the product.
After trying for a month I noticed no difference at all. I emailed them and they ask question after question.
They then offered me a 30% refund and told me I could keep the extra spray item. I said not good enough.
They then offered 50% refund. I said no I want my money back.
They then came back with 70% refund offer and they said they thought that was fair as I used almost a whole bottle??
Total scam

I purchased Nuvon for my dog after seeing the advertised 60-day money-back guarantee. After using the product as directed for nearly a week, my dog initially seemed to improve but then developed widespread itching and discomfort affecting her ears, face, eyes, belly, and paws. We had made no other changes to her routine, so I stopped using the product immediately.
When I contacted customer service, I was asked a series of questions about how the product had been applied, all of which I answered. Despite explaining my concerns, I was then told that to receive a full refund I would need to obtain a veterinary report proving that Nuvon caused the reaction. For most pet owners, the cost of a vet consultation would far exceed the value of the product, making this requirement completely impractical.
Instead of honouring what I understood to be a straightforward money-back guarantee, I was only offered a partial refund as a "gesture of goodwill." I was also left with a full unopened bottle that the company did not appear interested in having returned.
The product may work for some dogs, but my experience was negative, and I am particularly disappointed with how the refund request was handled. A guarantee loses much of its value when customers are required to provide costly evidence that is unrealistic to obtain.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I purchased nuvons spray, i only took a chance on this BECAUSE their website advertised 60 day money back guarantee if it didn't work, the website advertised that it was a hassle free "no questions asked" money back guarantee. This is absolutely not the case, I have spent the last 5 days going back and forth on email to them, the product has not worked for my boy and the affected area actually looks worse it's redder and he's constantly trying to chew at it. I sent photo evidence, ive done everything as instructed, so as it did not work I requested the refund as I was entitled to, first they offered me 20% back to which i reminded them that the website advertised a full refund, I was then offered 50% but i had to provide a letter from my vet to state that the product did not work, again I reminded them that at no point on their website does it state that you must provide evidence for anything and I am most certainly not paying my vet just to provide me with a note for this purpose, not when the website specifically advertises a "hassle free, no questions asked" money back guarantee. I had already sent photos to show it wasn't working. I the had the offer of 50% but didn't now need a vet letter, so o of course reminded them of their website guarantee, I then was offered a final 70% but i have to provide a vet letter. This is completely unacceptable and i have now put a chargeback through my bank and reported them to ASA
There is no "full refund" money back guarantee its a scam, do not buy from this company.
