Awesome product

Awesome product! Don't get breathless now. Can do many tasks. Started product 7/14/26. On 2nd bottle. Ordered 2 more today. Amazing! I have moderate COPD. Have Lung scans every year. Still smoking but have cut down. I recommend to smokers as well.

No change!!!!Boxes were crushed on arrival but not a…

Boxes were crushed on arrival but not a probem as bottles were intact.
My problem is ive been taking these drops for weeks now with no benefit whatsoever. Have brought up nothing from my chest, i still have the same symptoms as before. No change whatsoever... plus i cant stand the sweet sickly taste. Waste of money

Fast response to emails

Small problem with my order so I emailed the company and got a reply from a lovely lady called Anne within minutes telling me she had sorted my problem. Great service.

Order incomplete

I just received my first order from origindrops and was disappointed to find the order incomplete. I immediately fired an email to customer support and within half an hour received a reply from Anne and the problem resolved. Very impressive particularly as it was on a Sunday afternoon.
Great customer service.

I asked where the product was made & where does it ship from.
I was answered by messenger & am pleased to hear that the product is made in the USA & shipped from the USA. Good to know.

Anne has helped me

Anne has helped me to try and solve my delivery issue with Evri, with her help I'm hoping to receive my drops very soon. Origindrops kept their delivery times as stated, it is the courier who has caused me the problem, I'm hoping to receive my delivery from Origindrops soon.

Basically a scam imported from china

I placed an order (47395) with origin drops , it supposedly had express shipping , but apparently that doesn't apply to the 5 days it took to get processed ,during which time I made several attempts to cancel the order but every time my response was just an additional discount which I kept refusing and ask for cancelation or a return authorization, which I was not given . This product is being shipped in from CHINA so who knows if it's even real. Update. Email from origindropa. . . This is Anne.
Before we proceed with canceling order #47395, would you like to keep the order with an increased 30% refund instead of the previously offered 15%?

If you’d prefer to cancel the order, that’s completely fine as well. Just let us know which option you’d like, and we’ll proceed accordingly.

I’m sorry for the confusion. I had to check with our team regarding your case, and they’ve agreed to my offer to let you keep the product once it arrives, with no need to return it.

Please accept our offer of a full refund, which will be processed and should reflect within 1–3 business days.

We had to explore this option because the order was already beyond our 24-hour cancellation period, so we were unable to cancel it before shipment.

We also noticed that you left us a 1-star review on Trustpilot. If you’re satisfied with the resolution we’ve provided, we’d really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review to reflect your experience with how we handled your case. Of course, the decision is entirely yours.

We wanted to provide one final update here so everything is completely transparent.

Your order #47395 was placed on **August 3, 2026 and shipped on August 4, 2026**, within our stated 24–48-hour processing timeframe. Your cancellation request was received on August 8, after the package had already shipped and outside our 24-hour cancellation window.

Unfortunately, once a package has already left our facility, we cannot recall it in transit. Because of this, our support team initially offered you a partial refund so you could keep the order without having to deal with returning it. We then increased that offer to **30%** in an effort to find a resolution you were happy with.

Normally, if you no longer wanted the product, we would simply assist you with a return for a full refund once the package was delivered.

However, we genuinely wanted to go above and beyond for you. ❤️ Our team ultimately issued a **100% FULL REFUND and told you that you do NOT need to return the product when it arrives.** You are welcome to keep the entire order completely free of charge.

Regarding the concern about the product’s origin, we understand how international tracking information can create confusion. A tracking location alone does not determine the origin of a product.

At the end of the day, you received a **full refund, no return is required, and you may keep the complete order.** We truly believe we’ve done everything possible to turn this experience around, even going beyond our standard policies to make things right.

The customer service at Origindrops is first class. My query was answered quickly and thoroughly. There were suggestions I hadn’t considered and were very helpful.
I know from the thoughtful kindness in my correspondence with Origindrops that the product will be just as first class. I highly recommend customer service for any queries one may have when considering this product.
