Betrügerische Geschäfte ! Ich habe 2 Paar Übersezterkopfhörer …

Ich habe 2 Paar Übersezterkopfhörer bestellt, bei Bezahlung waren es aufeinmal 2 mehr, konnte nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr stornieren, da der Laden alles schon versendet hatte. Lieferung ist nach kurzer Zeit angekommen, aber keine Übersetzungsopfhörere drin, sindern billige normale Kopfhörer. Habe sofort nach Erhalt den Rücktritt vom Vertrag gefordert, darufhin wurden mir Angebote zu Minderpreisen gemacht.Rücksendung nach Australien (?) müsste ich selber bezahlen. Erst dann würde sonabuds die Kosten ersetzen. Bin nicht gewillt , noch mehr Geld durch diesen unseriösen Laden zu verlieren.

Spamvertized via Affiliate Network

Dear Gabriele. Thank you for your feedback. I attempted to post more details for you including the affiliate ID and Case ID but this caused Trustpilot to delete my review because it contained 'product advertisement'.
In the meantime your privacy team finally confirmed having received my request.
Yes, I am aware you did not send the avertisement emails and do not possess my personal data. But your affiliate, sending advertisement emails for your procuts and on your behalf using your brand name and logo is doing so and there is nothing in those email which reveals the identity of your advertising affiliate. So IMHO it is your company which has to handle this GDPR request as I have not means to contact your affiliate.

I did not confirm my order yet was billed

I did not confirm my order as I did not see what the costs were, also i thought it was an australian website as it showed AU in the website address bar, given I couldn't see the cost to me in NZ dollars I left the website without confirming anything, but then see the payment went through paypal, not only was it US dollars that cost me 2.55 per dollar but they had the nerve to charge an extended warranty figure I never saw the costs involved until I received the receipt from paypal. I had assumed the order didn't go through but it had, I immediately requested a refund and was refused.
That reply below is nonsense, I did NOT go through check out, I did NOT approve a warranty, I did NOT know the figures until I got the invoice. I was also told within minutes it had been sent 4 days later I got an email saying shipped when I demanded instantly to cancel the order and refund. Sorry your reply is invalid and incorrect.

For clarity, an order is created only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. Any add-ons, including warranties, must be explicitly selected and confirmed by the customer. All charges, including currency are displayed before an order is finalized. Additionally, our shipping system is partially automated to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, which unfortunately means we are unable to intervene once an order has already been shipped.

Hallo Miteinander, tippe auf Betrugsmasche !

Hallo Miteinander, ich bin leider auch auf diese Firma und ihre unlauteren Geschäfte reingefallen.
Habe ein paar Sonabuds Translater bestellt und vier Paar wurden über PayPal abgerechnet. Wie bei anderen Fällen war eine sofortige Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, bekam aber den Hinweis der 30tägigen Rückgabemöglichkeit. Da ich nach dem Test eines Paares unzufrieden war wollte ich alle vier Paar zurücksenden. In 6 E-Mails habe ich auf das versprochene Rückgaberecht und auf die Rücksendeadresse gefordert, aber nichts da. Es wurden mir Preisnachlässe von 25/45 und sogar 70% angeboten, aber ich wollte Alle zurücksenden (habe
leider nur zwei Ohren)!
Eine Rücksendeadresse habe ich bekommen, allerdings erst vier Tage nach der Rückgabefrist. Somit bestand nie die Möglichkeit einer fristgerechten Rücksendung. Tolles Geschäftsprinzip !!!!!!
In der Hoffnung man hätte diesen "Fehler" eingesehen, habe ich die Ware darauf sofort abgesendet.
Im darauf folgenden E-Mail Verkehr wurde ich immer wieder auf die zu späte Rückgabe verwiesen.
Stets die gleiche vorgefertigte Antwort, vermutlich KI.
Last euch bloß nicht auf diese Firma ein !!!!!
Vier Paar Sonabuds Translater und 358,95 weg.
