Hallo Miteinander, ich bin leider auch auf diese Firma und ihre unlauteren Geschäfte reingefallen.
Habe ein paar Sonabuds Translater bestellt und vier Paar wurden über PayPal abgerechnet. Wie bei anderen Fällen war eine sofortige Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, bekam aber den Hinweis der 30tägigen Rückgabemöglichkeit. Da ich nach dem Test eines Paares unzufrieden war wollte ich alle vier Paar zurücksenden. In 6 E-Mails habe ich auf das versprochene Rückgaberecht und auf die Rücksendeadresse gefordert, aber nichts da. Es wurden mir Preisnachlässe von 25/45 und sogar 70% angeboten, aber ich wollte Alle zurücksenden (habe
leider nur zwei Ohren)!
Eine Rücksendeadresse habe ich bekommen, allerdings erst vier Tage nach der Rückgabefrist. Somit bestand nie die Möglichkeit einer fristgerechten Rücksendung. Tolles Geschäftsprinzip !!!!!!
In der Hoffnung man hätte diesen "Fehler" eingesehen, habe ich die Ware darauf sofort abgesendet.
Im darauf folgenden E-Mail Verkehr wurde ich immer wieder auf die zu späte Rückgabe verwiesen.
Stets die gleiche vorgefertigte Antwort, vermutlich KI.
Last euch bloß nicht auf diese Firma ein !!!!!

These are well know scammers! The reviews are fake and it is very difficult to obtain a refund.
First they charged me twice - then they say they delivered to an address - but it was not mine! No response. After months of trying... still NO REFUND!

Ich habe zwei Kopfhörer mehr bekommen als ich wollte, jetzt muss ich die auf eigene Kosten zurück senden! Habe schon mehrfach die Annahme verweigert. Achtung Betrug!
Konnte nur über Käuferschutz an mein Geld kommen.

The buds sometimes work and sometimes…
The buds sometimes work and sometimes don't. It's complicated to have to have them synced to bluetooth and wifi before they can work. And when they do work, the translation is very delayed and you have to speak only phrases at a time. I was hoping it would be simultaneous translation for watching videos, but I will have to stop the video after every sentence and wait a few seconds before the buds MIGHT translate.

Surprise didn't work out!
Delivery time was average so I dont understand the reasoning to pay for expedited delivery. Customer care was very helpful and prompt responding. I bought these as a surprise for my daughter and new boyfriend (who does not speak english). Turns out they were comfortable communicating via text using Google translate.
