Wow. What an amazing service from start to finish! The team at Get a Free Boiler made the entire process smooth, supportive, and completely stress-free. I felt genuinely looked after and understood, especially when it came to the specific needs of my SEN teenager. Their flexibility and willingness to juggle installation dates to accommodate both me and my daughter was incredibly thoughtful.
The installation itself was quick, calm, and carried out with the utmost professionalism. The team kept me informed at every step, explaining everything clearly so I felt completely safe and confident throughout. They truly went above and beyond in every aspect.

A very helpful company, they helped me get a free electric heating upgrade for my property which also included solar panels. Becky who i originally spoke was excellent and then Alex to whom dealt with everything there after was amazing.

Process. Had survey then 4 days later they started fitting our new loft Insualtion and gas boiler. Took them one day to everything. Apart
From them showing up half hour late the team were friendly and professional.

Free boiler fitted this morning. Communication via Alex and jay was excellent. Fitting team worked so hard to get it fitted with no hassle of fuss and even cleaned up afterwards. Loft insulation was done few days before. Just want to say thanks to Alex and his team from start to finish kept me updated. It took just 2 weeks from my allying to fitting :)

Great, friendly and professional service from the start to the completion and beyond. Had a heat pump, new radiators and solar panels fitted with 6 weeks from the initial enquiry. Heating system works great and much warmer than our old oil heating we had. Could not recommend this company and service enough. Thank you.

Very kind and trustworthy people. Took a little time but I now have a warm home ready for next winter and those chillier nights, that I wouldn’t have access to without these fantastic schemes.

Contact from start to finish was brilliant with Alex. He guided me through everything. The guys that did the boiler replacement were friendly and nice, they did a brilliant job. A couple of days later the electrician came to check all was good (obviously it was) Alex messaged to follow up that everything was working as it should. Brilliant people and brilliant service!

Communication from first application to completion was excellent. Team arrived on time to fit new boiler and loft insulation. I cannot speak more highly about their work ethic and professionalism. All work was completed within the day and old boiler collected same evening and old loft insulation bagged and collected the following morning. The fitting team were polite and both work areas tidied before they left. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently had a gas boiler and new radiators installed in my home through the grant scheme and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Alex was excellent, he went out of his way and kept in communication through the entire process, from consultation to completion, was seamless and efficient.

The installation team arrived promptly as scheduled and began their work with professionalism and expertise. They carefully planned the installation.

The installation of the gas boiler was conducted with precision, and the team took the time to explain the features and functionality of the new system. They answered all of my questions patiently and ensured that I was comfortable with operating the controls before they left.

The new radiators have transformed the heating efficiency of my home, one that was always cold to now warm. The radiators heat up quickly and evenly, providing consistent warmth throughout each room. Not only do they enhance the comfort of my living space, but they also contribute to energy savings with their efficient design. The boiler installed is good quality and spec, provides the best in economy and it’s all down to Alex, good guy. I will definitely recommend others, should they need help with energy efficient home.

What a brilliant firm. I phoned a person named Alex. He checked a few things. Got a surveyor out within a week who checked boiler etc and within a week I had new boiler fitted in 2 weeks. Brilliant. Easy. Happy 😃 thank you Alex

Just has solar panels and heat pump fitted in our property and the tenant is so pleased with it, said it has made such a difference to the out of date storage heaters that never worked at the right time. I cannot recommend this company enough, everything from start to finish was sorted out with no fuss and all done at the times they said it would be. Alex has kept me up to date all the way along with what’s happening. Thank you all for a great job.
