They helped me understand this process that I was totally new to and thought I was getting scammed but then they helped me understand that I was doing something wrong.

Awful T&C:
I bought a game less than a year ago (BG3). First the game is Japanese so a lot of the game has filters on it due to the censorship there. But the game worked fine. However after some time of not playing it I thought I would give it another play and now it has completely locked me out. I tried to download it again but alas. They have refused to give me another key. And therefore i have lost my time and money. Horrible.

Absolutely awful don’t bother! It’s illegal what they’re doing anyway but then to take it further the online customer service is rubbish!! Don’t buy from them it’s a con, buy the game direct save yourself the hassle.

I wish I read these reviews first! Scam! Im waiting for my game for 5 days, all they do just give promises and hope, but Im pretty sure I will get nothing. 50€ landed in the trash.
I just dont understand how this website can exist! Somebody needs to sue them!

It was a good experience and the oportunity to play great games for more than half the price is to be apreciated.

Dont provide games as sold but access based on account sharing, which only lasts as long as they exists .. which wont be long. SCAMMERS. Sad, costs a boy his xmas gifts. By the time you learn how the scam and acces works, you cant get your money back. Their intuitive scam requires you to use a internal code they provide after payment to "redeem" your order. This then supposedly allows you to access the game, but then you learn how their system "works" and by now you have "redeemed" your purchase and cannot get a refund. They will refuse any refund although you have not yet accessed any "account" or shared game...Skip the scam, just buy the game.

Das ist reinster Betrug, man bekommt keinen Code sondern einen neuen Account wo das Spiel angeblich schon drauf ist. Der Support gibt das Geld auch nicht zurück. Die wollen auch die Telefonnummer haben.

All the 5 star reviews on here are fake. No way anyone would be happy with this fly-by-night scamster.
As stated in all the other 1 star reviews this place is absolutely not what is advertised. I didn’t even access the game and asked for a refund and was told that there is no refunds.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE!

The good:
- Customer chat were pretty quick to respond and help me with my questions
- Quick delivery of the product
- Ended up with a more than I was expecting (nice surprise)
- Price

The not so good:
- You are not getting an activation key for the game. You are getting access to an account with the game already on it. This is not clear in the website.
- If you no longer have access to this other account, you lose access to the game you purchased.

Due to the price of Nintengo games, I will likely use this website again, however, it would be good to know what is what from the start. While it does gloss over this in the 'About Us' page, who actually looks there...

The videogame was offered as account key instead of Download code key, but it was not started in the description of the item.
I ordered a refund and I expect it within 2-3 days.

This is an amazing site to get your games. It's a good price, and it's easy to get your game! Also, the customer service is fast and on time.

Leider habe ich mir die Rezension vor dem „Kauf“ von The Witcher 3 nicht durchgelesen.
Man bekommt einen Key, welchen man auf einer Seite unter Angabe seiner Handynummer verifizieren muss. Danach passiert aber leider nichts mehr. Man erhält weder das gekaufte Spiel, noch eine Nachricht. Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier etwas zu kaufen.

Got scammed when unaware of the acc but thought was key nobody said a account or key and price was good one but no refund policy my ass...,please change TOS to make a expection not only when it's undelivered but when there's problems considering make one,tried to talk to Jimmy and screenshot of chat,needed something on switch but didn't know it was a account unwritten,for now don't buy it until they change I doubt it or give me my money back,for a re 4 account instead of key

A few hiccups, but dealt with quickly. The staff are helpful.

erst kriegt man einen code für den redeemcode den man auf einer extra seite eingeben soll. order id, email, code für redeemcode ok. dann passwort aber inkorrekt obwohl auf anderem browser damit eingeloggt. und drehe hinterm display nach 20 versuchen durch ! dann heisst es hinterher im chat order id inkorrekt. benötigt wird die interne order id. da ist aber nirgends eine ! dazu soll man wieder auf der redeemseite einfach irgendein passwort eingeben damit ein profil erzeugt wird. erst dann kommt die interne order id. dann stellt sich raus das man keinen key sondern einen account kauft ! so einen schwachsinn hab ich noch nie erlebt ! nie wieder ! für den entspannt surfen wollenden user eine höllenqual

Really helpful assistants, game worked great

I brought a game code and it wouldn't work. I then contacted customer service and he wanter me to open a new email address and open a new switch account in order to use the code. This is wrong and there should be no need to do this. I should just type the code in and go. I then asked for a refund and they closed the order and sed I would get my refund. But they lied and I didn't get anything back. This company basically Rob from children and should be ashamed. Don't go here for anything.
