Hello, I had a very bad experience with this company, and I’d like to share what happened so you can draw your own conclusions.

After 8 months trying to reactivate my Amazon seller account through GetAmazonAppeal, even after sending all the documents requested by Amazon, none of the appeals prepared by GetAmazonAppeal were accepted. Sometimes the email addresses they told me to send the documents to didn’t even exist, or Amazon simply didn’t reply.

In the end, they told me to contact a lawyer who supposedly could help me — of course, I would have to pay an additional fee. However, the lawyer said there was nothing he could do. They never offered any kind of refund, even though they failed to complete the service.

At several points, I had the impression that GetAmazonAppeal didn’t really know what they were doing. And now, they don’t even respond to my last email.

In summary, I believe they might help some people, but it’s far from guaranteed. It might be better to pay a bit more and hire a more serious and reliable company.

I reached their website via google.com. He told me that he could open my selling account which I got suspected IP complaint from MIULEE with just listing issue. He sent some appeals and can not open my selling account then HE HAD DISAPPEARED. He did not respond my whatsapp messages.

My previous truspilot review was deleted but If it happens again, I will do it again to protect people to lose their money from this scammer!

The account was reactivated after 3 attempts. If anyone has a problem with their account, you should definitely choose these guys.

Although I sell authentic products, my account was suspended due to suspicion of inauthenticity. At first, he was very proactive and seemed like he would solve the issue but after a few appeals he totally gave up with it and did not take any action unless I force him. It has been 5 months and my account is still deactivated.

These guys are extremely honest and knowledgeable. In my case I wasn't suspended but I was having issues with verification on an old account due to my unique and somewhat complicated set up. As such I had reason to believe that these issues could lead to a suspension if not handled right.

Amazon EU seller since 2017. Had our US services automatically terminated by Amazon due to inactivity. We didn't have any listings for the region or products to showcase in US. Slow and steady growth combined with learning Amazon system lead us to expand to US eventually. Our problem was somewhat unique. We couldn't get through to the correct Amazon team who handles business documents. Appeal after appeal we got rejected (total of 22 appeals). We were ready to give up but decided to go for last ditch effort and contact Getamazonappeal. Since we are located in Estonia it was comfortable to know they are close by some countries away from us. From the start every promise and deadline was kept. Since we weren't in rush we opted in unlimited 72 hour delivery package. I would like to share with you my experience with the company. My account was deactivated in 2018.

I tried to restore the account on my own for 1 year by constantly sending appeals with no result until disappointing.

In September 2023 I did a survey so that I can evaluate my options.

Then I met K. Robert. I sent the necessary information and we started together.

We sent revised appeals every 3 days with the requests.

After a while Amazon sent us the same things no matter how hard we tried. We sent a total of 21 revised appeals , until we decide to escalate the last one.

After 6 months we followed the plan with consistency and patience. 3 days ago the account was restored and it is healthy again.

Where I had no hope of advancing my business, I found this excellent person and with absolute professionalism and patience we achieved the results I mentioned.

Difficult situation having my Amazon Business account deactivated as well as ALL Amazon-related accounts.
I offered all the information required, and it was almost obvious that my closure was a mistake, but GetAmazonAppeal figured out how to appeal. After a second try all my accounts were reinstated.
