Great communication and the most important part: "they deliver"!

Skilled team.
A lot of patience from their side.
Quick reply's and good collaboration.

This is our second time we come to Mr.Robert.He is very patient and professional to help us get out of the suspension again in a swift way.He also instructed us how to be a good seller to avoid suspension again. You can trust him if your account is also suspended.

We had several violations of our amazon account. The team of Getamazonappeal.com are very patient. We talked a lot and finally I got my account reinstated.I am also aware now what rules I should follow when I continue to sell on Amazon.

We had a long talk to understand the subject and after mastering the subject they prepared an accurate and original POA.

We are very satisfied with the service and would recommend it although the procedure was not easy. We got reactivation of our seller account after 2 months and 6 appellees after suspension because of IP. The service costs not too much in comparison with similar services. Price / performance ratio is very reasonable. As EU Company, we got an invoice.

I have used getamazonappeal twice and I have to confess Robert is a professional attorney for Amazon case. I highly recommend for anyone who have trouble with Amazon suspension.

nothing to say, except Robert & his team is amazing!!!!!

Get Amazon Appeal guys were very helpful and responsive while helping me open my 2 blocked seller accounts. They knew what they were doing and gave good advice. We had a small misunderstanding where I believed that the agreed fee was for both accounts while it was actually for only one of them. This is stated in their T&Cs which, naturally, a very few people read. However, since they didn't mention this in our email correspondance they were happy to give me a 20% discount for my next purchase of one of their packages.
I recommend you contact them if you need help with your seller account(s).

Thank you! Great service, timely manner. got my ASIN reinstated as soon as 14 days have passed.

my FBM selling ability was blocked due to a complicated amazon error, and i was really struggling for month with no success,
although i was able to sell FBA it was causing me allot of frustration.
after some research and talking to a few companies i decided to go with Robert.
and i do not regret it, he was extremely fast. always there for you to chat and very helpful and supporting. after the second appeal we my FBM has been reactivated.
Thank you Robert! for your fast and efficient work,
i highly recommend

This is the second time I have used Getamazonappeal services and they delivered as promised, they are responsive, efficient and able to explain the process of getting an Amazon account reinstated in a simple way. Thanks Robert!

For sure, I can say that I received a very good job from “GetAmazonAppeal“. They were very pacient and supportivety with me.

The best. No fault at all

great help, well appricated

Amazon Appeal requested quite alot of details initially about my situation and were very clear what I needed to provide so they could help me with the appeal proccess, the appeal was effective and didn't take much time, I feel I would have saved alot of time If I had contacted them sooner.

I have got my account successfully after getting Mr. Robert's support to reactivate my suspended account.

I highly recommend this company to anybody who struggles to make a proper plan of action and having no clue how to handle your case.

Exellent service . It took e litle longer for me becouse was the second time my account suspended but with their suport averything fine. My account activated.

One of the most professional teams I ever worked with, each reply took less than a day, they like to ask a lot of questions to get it details as they can get to the root of the problem.
The issue got solved immediately and we got back in business with Amazon Seller, worth the money, and doesn't have to pay the thousands of dollars like other offers we received.
And yes, we will work with them again and again.
