Cannot trust a rude test administrator-supposed company to respond appropriately at all and depend too much on AI

Called and tried to contact all morning long before had to go to work. So much for studying!

Anyways nobody would reply when left phone messages, email messages, or even the chat feature they have. They said for any technical issues make sure to use this! I didn't even get a response. They say their number one goal is to get you certified! They are failing at this and do not know what to do to even take my test tomorrow on 3-20-2026. Seems now like a waste of money since that is really their number ONE goal! They never said they make it easy or even to take the exam!
I would recommend taking the exam at a testing center, even if you have to travel to take it in-person like I'll be taking it.

By the way, when I bought it along with practice exams from them, when I verified with Certiport, the certification exam administrators, Certiport said there are NO package deals. They said there are NO package deals with practice exams and certification exams! Also, the instructions Get Certified America first sends you have links to the actual test instructions and a tech test check. Neither of these works!

To make matters worse, they saw my emails and, rather than respond to those, they just CANCELLED the test and said they cannot test with them again. They have tons of reviews about being rude to students, and it's obvious they just want your money and leave you without the money you paid for the tests, which for me was $300+. They gladly said they would refund the 30 proctor fee, but that's all!

Do not deal with this company at all. They are a rip-off and a con artist. Will confirm with another company, since they refuse to deal with me. I am out $300+ and cannot take the test, as I am already very much in debt as a student.

P.S. The chat feature, which they brag is the greatest way to get a hold of you, is just AI that did not respond to me onscreen. They depend on AI for everything, by the way, and do not account for "hallucinations," which AI is known to do or purposely mislead human beings. A bug that has not yet been fixed.

Rude, Hostile, Dismissive

During my August 12 session, I entered the Zoom meeting at approximately 1:15 PM and asked the proctor how I would receive my access code. The proctor instructed me to read the instructions in my email. After checking, I confirmed that I had not received any instructions regarding an Associate access code. When I asked for clarification, the proctor replied, “How many times do I need to tell you to follow the instructions?” The tone used was both aggressive and hostile, making the interaction uncomfortable.

On August 13, during my 12:30 PM session, I had to switch from my work computer to my personal computer. While following the proctor’s instructions to copy the access code, I noticed an extra Chrome tab open and asked if I should remove it. The proctor replied, “If you interrupt me one more time, you will not be taking your exam in the next two minutes,” again using an aggressive and hostile tone. Later in the same session, while I was navigating to download the exam software, the proctor stated, “Why are you clicking that? I never told you to,” despite me not clicking anything at that time.

In both sessions, the proctor’s responses were not only dismissive but consistently delivered in an aggressive and hostile manner, creating an unnecessarily stressful testing environment.

Rude, unprofessional proctors

If you want proctors who are rude, don't explain things clearly and shut down the chat on you when you asks questions or say it's confusing, then definitely go with this company! If you want good customer service which affects the quality of these exams, then go elswhere. Certiport doesn't promote this but they have 3 proctor services they work with, you do NOT need to use Get Certified. I won't be again. And btw, Get Certified never responded to my email with my complaint about my proctor experience. They don't care.

Poor Experience and Feeling Scammed

Took the MO-201 exam today and felt really strong about it. There are many ways to skin a cat in excel, but make sure you pick the right one for the exam. I’ve been using Vlookups, Hlookups, index/match, countifs, sumifs, etc. for around 6 years, but apparently do not know how to create simple formulas? I know how to write advanced formulas, pivot tables/charts, write power M for queries, even write large VBA projects for ETL, outlook email generation, visualization, etc..

So, I failed
but again felt great about it. One of the HLookup formulas was not returning specific values even though it was an exact match. Didn’t work, sure
 let’s try index/match. That worked for more of them, but not all. Again, exact matched values but not returning. Here is the catch, I threw in an IFERROR formula, to return a something, but still an error? That’s not right.

Here is the best part: A computer reviews and grades the exam. I felt like I was wronged and was hoping someone would manually review the output. That blew up in my face. Was told that they don’t do that. So, your so called biased machine learning can determine the fate of someone’s exam but there is no process of quality checking the output of test results if a customer feels wronged? I have a retake, but I’m not sure I want to even take it. It seems like a waste of my time at this point. AI can be wrong, so why is there no review process?

It seems unreasonable difficult to get ahold of the people here as well. I didn’t received my voucher number as expected, and it was difficult to track down with this company because there is no number to contact. When you do get ahold of these people, they do not seem too pleased to chat.

Terrible experience overall. 0 star if available.

A so-called proctor obtained my personal data

A so-called proctor obtained data, my driver's license image, and then checked my computer system, yelled at me with false allegations (my computer was a Chrome book) because I could not navigate to the Task Manager on Windows 11 (I have an interface that directs me to put the query in a search window to access a system utility), by the time that was completed, she hung up on me, deleting the chat data from the Zoom call, which is a Federal crime, and made no attempt to be courteous or inform me that she was killing the exam and returning my funds.

Works great and affordable

If it's easier for you to use a proctor outside of your school this is a super easy and affordable option. I purchased the package that includes the practice exams so I could brush up for a few weeks before taking the exam. I did have to remind them to send me the practice exam login but other than that everything went smoothly. Overall, the cost was lower than buying the exam/prep tests seperately.

Ali Razi Kazemi thank you for your feedback. We are very familiar with your testing experience. During your first exam attempt, many complaints were about the slow performance of the exam. Upon advising the program director of the school you attend of the need for the computers to be updated and the internet speed checked, that was not the issue during your 2nd exam attempt. At the start of the exam, AutoCAD was shut down. Several times the Proctor attempted to communicate with you via the Chat, and you never responded. Technically, this was the 2nd time you abruptly stopped testing and communicating with the Proctor.

I took the Excel exam

I took the Excel exam, it worked exactly as the pre-exam video described and I was glad of the resource so I knew what to expect when I opened the exam. Proctor was professional, but still said good luck etc which was nice as I was nervous.
