It took a very long time to receive the mouthguard. Once I got it, it was basically an Invisalign and not for night grinding. Extremely thin and tight material.
I submitted a return for a refund. It was approved but it’s been over a month that the mail piece was received at their end and I’m still waiting for my refund or communication.
HORRIBLE customer service!
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company due to their terrible customer service and lack of honesty. I was initially told that they had received my mouthguard mold and that my product was in progress. However, two weeks later, they completely changed their story and claimed they never had the mold at all.
Communication has been painfully slow throughout the entire process—they take far too long to respond, if they respond at all. At one point, I was told a new impression kit would be shipped to me overnight, but here I am three days later and still haven’t received anything.
After wasting two months trying to get a simple mouth guard, I’m left with nothing but disappointment. This has been a complete waste of time, and the whole experience has caused unnecessary pain and frustration. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service was fantastic. I ordered the wrong thing and they quickly changed it to the correct (lower) night guard. Received the a couple weeks ago and they are a perfect fit!

Horrible experience with this company and still have not gotten my money back. They do not communicate, had to reach out after not hearing from them when I sent in my impressions, since the first set didn't work they sent a new kit bit was just a couple forms stuffed in an envelope neither which fit my mouth. At that point asked for a refund, still have not received it, so im out $100 with no mouth guards delivered. Terrible company with bad customer service, dont get scammed.
One Mistake After Another & Still No Trays
First I never got the molding trays so I contacted customer service and they were finally sent out. Then I contacted customer support about whether or not my dental molds were received back to them, only to be told my order was somehow mysteriously cancelled. My online account info shows no cancellation. It’s been one mistake after another and have not received the product I paid for. I’m not real happy at this point.

I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this company ever again!!! I'd placed an order for a mouthguard, a return label had not been included in my mold kit. I reached out to the company, they gave me a hard time with locating my order. I finally received the return label, I sent the mold in and did not hear anything from them for over 3 months. I reached out, providing the tracking number and have basically told me that there's nothing they can do. They weren't able to track from my mailing address, my email or the tracking information. What's the point of a tracking number if it's not to locate a package. This is truly the worst experience I've ever had by a customer service representative!

I ordered my impression kit and…
I ordered my impression kit and received it…no problem. Mailed it back with the supplied label at the beginning of March 2026. It appears to be lost in space and Cheeky has not helped the situation at all. I have reached out with very little luck. There is no phone number. You have to communicate through a bot driven chat that may eventually get you to a person. It should not be this difficult. I read reviews and did feel it to be a legit company. At this point, I feel duped.

Well it’s been a few exciting days and nights now and I’m completely satisfied and impressed. 1) Dentist recommended but $500 was ok the first time and then they recommended another one a few years later. I said no and would research and see what other options and opportunities available in the universe. Answer: Cheeky was the absolute best choice 2) Easy peezy with the mold kits: I noticed they did not mix together like previous versions and mold was still soft was quite some time. The second batch was perfect and set correctly. Great to know you get two mold starters to work 3) Received and it fit like a charm. I noticed I’m more aware of the night guard so I’m not grinding as much 4) I’m now going to recommend this best in class mouth guards in the industry "

Subscription is a scam
FYI you can clean your mouth guard with Hydrogen Peroxide - and it doesn't get gross. But I felt bullied into the Cheeky subscription - mine finally broke and they could "only source if I subscribed" FINE. I did. well the new one showed up and I didn't use it for six months-- so I started to one day bc I felt guilty knowing the otherone was showing up soon (APR 12) ... AND then its abrasive my gums and lip ; I let them know and it's out of my ordering window. OKAY bye Cheeky. Thanks for the memories.

Waiting for my device. Surprised it was not fast turn aroud. The tray provided did fit my small mouth. Not sure if the mold wass good. they say it sets ast It did not seem to set ast
