⚠️ Scam Alert – Beware ⚠️

This company is fraudulent. I recently had a bad experience and want to warn others.

Please be careful when dealing with unknown companies, messages, or apps. Always verify before trusting anything.

👉 Do not engage with suspicious contacts.
👉 Stay cautious and protect your information.

Stay safe.

This is a complete Good for nothing software. Their marketing is excellent but when it comes to utility, it has 0.

- The message delivery rate is 35% (they never talk about this)
- After re-targeting, the delivery rate is 10%
- I used it for 12 months, and every month I had some or the other new error while using the software (like Error validating access token / OAuthexception. All these are coding level jargons)
- So whenever you want to create/plan some campaign you will be in a fear that some glitch will come
- Their per message cost markups are super high as compared to other API vendors.
This isn't it!
You CANNOT export notes data. So if ever you want to migrate, you are going to lose all client conversation data.
There is no option to add screenshot else I would have. May be I will consider making a Youtube video with screenshots, so that other business owners don't suffer or fall in their marketing trap.

Charges 90000, service zero. When they want you to sign up, they hound you. Please ask for a trail period of one month to see if the app is suitable for you. Delivery rate only 35-40%. they take no responsibility. "it's meta capping" that's their answer every time. Retargeting does not deliver more than to 2/3 clients. Each time i tried to get them to respond a new person connected an di had to explain everything again. Don't trust them to deliver. they don't have any solutions. just an app which does not work. better use WhatsApp business

Don’t trust them. They STOLE our money. Then they said they will refund us but they never done it. Their customer service is horrible. We will start a legal procedure against them.

I found Doubletick a Fraud organisation where they take your money in advance and they dont bother to provide service after that. I specially want to mention the name of Keegan who doesnt answer your quesies after payment is done

Don’t Fall for Double Tick – It’s a Trap. Total Fraud.

This is a genuine review from someone who learned it the hard way. If you value your time, money, and sanity – please stay away from Double Tick.

When they are selling their product, everything sounds perfect. You’ll hear things like “fully customizable bots,” “high delivery ratio,” “personal support,” and even lines like “this is my personal number, sir – call me anytime.”

But the moment you start using the product – reality hits you like a truck.
• Their web app is a disaster – slow, glitchy, and constantly freezing.
• You build a bot with so much effort – only to realize it doesn’t even get saved properly. You have to rebuild the same flows again and again.
• After spending days setting everything up – the messages DON’T get delivered on time. Sometimes not at all.
• When you ask for help, the tech team has just one thing to say:
“These are limitations of Double Tick. We can’t do anything about it.”
• When I confronted the sales guy (Sumit Kumar), he straight-up said:
“I didn’t make any false commitments, it’s Double Tick’s fault.”
So basically – they pass the blame and take zero accountability.

And don’t even get me started on the delivery ratio – it’s pathetic.

Customer support? Almost non-existent.
Sales rep doesn’t pick up calls, never calls back. And the same person who told me, “Sir, this is my personal number – call anytime,” completely disappeared when things started going wrong. If you’re too busy, fine – but at least have the decency to return calls instead of making false promises.

I have wasted:
• Hours of work building broken bots.
• Weeks following up for support.
• Money I’ll never get back.
• And most importantly – my trust.

Other, far better tools are available in the market. I made a mistake by trusting the wrong company. Writing this to make sure you don’t repeat it.

They are Scammer. i buy Doubletick For Lifetime Subscription. After some months That Not Working even though I Open a Ticket, They Did not Give any Reply.
So Don't buy any Subscription to this Company
