The driver was courteous and arrived exactly on time for our pick up from the hotel to the airport. He was very helpful and friendly. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5 and a number of luggage. Would definitely recommend their services.

Wir haben einen Transfer vom Ranthambore Nationalpark nach Jaipur gebucht. Die Buchung wurde direkt im Anschluss per Whatsapp bestätigt und Ali von Taj Explor war darüber jederzeit erreichbar. Am Abreisetag erhielten wir alle Informationen zur Fahrt (Namen vom Fahrer, Natelnummer, Autokennzeichen). Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt, der Fahrer war freundlich, fuhr sicher, kannte den Weg und hatte ein sauberes Auto. Pausen waren auf einer Fahrt von 3 bis 3,5 Stunden nicht nötig, wären aber bestimmt möglich gewesen. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal über Getyourguide bei Taj Explore gebucht und würden es wieder tun. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

My guide, Mert is knowledgeable and tried his best to provide as much information as possible. The operator contacted me in advance and provided a case-of-need contact phone #. The tourist van was new and clean, and arrived on time. The buffet lunch was great.

Jahad was the best guide/photographer I had while visiting Oman! He gave very insightful information about all the destinations and Omani culture. The ride was comfortable, the tour was well planned and did not feel rushed. He even made sure I made it to the airport after tour. Highly recommend this tour to solo travelers and groups.

Our guide Ege was courteous, prepared, punctual, always exhaustive, available ...... nothing short of "perfect". He made us appreciate the beautiful Istanbul by revealing many of its secrets. Très satisfait de la prise en charge et du trajet effectué. Malgré le fait que GetYGuide clôturait les modifications 24h à l’avance, nous avons pu en accord avec la société de taxi avancer l’horaire de départ car nous étions en avance. Ils ont fait preuve d’une grande souplesse et compréhension sans supplément.
Le trajet vers Jaipur s’est très bien passé avec un chauffeur très prudent. Un grand merci encore

We have paid money but then lost contact. First they started changing the dates of the excrusions but this was only to keep us waiting for longer....... We have been promised excrusions to happen with VIP tickets but NO CONTACT! My children were crying because we promised to take them to Museum of The Future(for example).

I requested refund via PayPal(on 27th October) but nothing received!!!
