Absolutely great fun sessions outside in the park. Every session is different and you work at your own ability. Everyone is friendly and encouraging no matter what your fitness level is. I’ve lost inches and weight in the time I’ve been going to sessions and feel so much better not only physically but also changed my mindset on nutrition. All the instructors are very supportive and a great bunch. Definitely the best decision I make joining Get fit Today

Much more than just getting fit!
Joined this group in January and I'll never leave! The classes are park based,making it much more fun. There's no intimidation if your fitness level is different to others. You are encouraged to work at your pace and supported by the instructors.
It's fun sociable and not only have I lost weight, I've toned up and my mental health is on a high!
Every park has an incredible team, and it's not just an exercise group it's a family I enjoy spending time with.
You won't regret taking the first step and joining

Absolutely superb! Whatever your ability or goal there is something for you. You come away having had a great work out and get out what you put in. There are different classes for different abilities so you never feel out of place and you meet lots of new people too. A great way of getting in shape!

I've never enjoyed exercise until now. Each session is different so it doesn't get boring. It can be tailored to meet everyone's fitness levels. I'm glad I joined, not only are my stress levels alot lower but I've seen my fitness improve significantly. A great group of people to spend time with in beautiful surroundings!
