I was looking for a BMW e70 manual with wiring diagrams. Before buying from their website, I asked if the wiring was good and readable quality and they said yes. I bought it, but the diagrams are impossible to read even when zoomed in.

The representative is rude and unapologetic when the mistake is clearly his.his description is poor and you are likely to download the wrong manual due to poor description .he doesnt offer a refund and you are likely to get a wrong or incomplete manual.there are a lot of better download sites.

Misleading product description and aggressive customer support
I purchased a Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK5 (2014–2021) service workshop manual based on the product description on this website.
The description explicitly lists the 2.0L Duratec I4 (Hybrid) engine and eCVT Ford HF35 (Hybrid / PHEV) transmission under “Engines covered” and “Transmissions covered.” However, after downloading the files, it became clear that these powertrain components are NOT included in the manual.
When I contacted support to point out the misleading description and asked for it to be corrected (not for a refund), I received rude, dismissive, and personally insulting responses instead of a professional explanation or apology.
I am posting this review to warn other customers — especially hybrid owners — to carefully verify what is actually included before purchasing.

Not genuine PDF just scanned craps !!!!

If there was a zero rating, I would have used it. Husband ordered a manual for his Harley on 7/17/25. Emailed them on 7/27/25 for a tracking number. No response. It is now 10/15/25, still nothing! DEFINITELY A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

SCAM ALL MANUALS ON THERIW WBESITE ARE DOWNLOADED FOR FREE FROM OTHER WEBISTES , ALSO THESE MANUALS HAVE COPYRIGHTS ...

Scam: I bought a digital service workshop manual, but 95% of the content is missing. I can’t find any information on what I needed for the EGR system, Turbo, or ABS unit.
Warning – do not buy this!!!
I’ve emailed them many times, but they don’t even reply.

Scam. Never recieved the manual, never replied to emails

I was looking for the correct torque specs for my VVT Exhaust Cam Phaser bolt for a 2017 Elantra and wanted to purchase a service repair manual, but these subscriptions can be expensive at sites like eAutoRepair.net, ALLDATA DIY, etc. Professional grade repair manuals can run $40 - $200 per month. I am VERY happy I ran into Myblackflamingo.com. I paid $10 for a pdf download for a complete 2017 Elantra Service & Repair Manual with 1639 pages of information. As soon as I paid, the download link was emailed to me instantly. I am a happy camper.
