Leah in customer service was fantastic to deal with. When my Rumble arrived it was defective, and Leah immediately sent out a replacement unit. Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever had.

Two stars, solely for customer service excellence.
Two stars simply because they have good service, and that deserves at least 2 stars. For the products, I first bought the Fleshy Pro. To call it underwhelming would be a massive understatement. It's slow, and while the suction strength is okay, it's just too slow. The vibrations are -ok- at best but ultimately it did nothing for me. It is easy to disassemble and clean though, and its sound is fairly discreet. So I thought maybe the Thrust would be the one for me. Again, disappointment. The thrusting motion doesn't go far enough down and it's ultimately a disappointment. It is also fairly discreet until you get into the faster modes which make the motor get fairly loud - but not as loud as some other competitors. I pretty much gave up on them at that point, but then thought maybe it was the sleeves that were the issue, so I got tighter sleeve for the Pro and it was a complete waste of money. I have not had a single orgasm or even an average experience using a Fleshy product, I'm sad to say. I've tried them multiple times to no real effect.

I bought the fleshy sync 12th of…
I bought the fleshy sync 12th of January , used it 3 times and the sleeve split on the outer seal and at the tip so it now leaks into the device and I cannot use it because of this , I contacted customer service on the 31st of January and I was asked to supply a video of the sleeve so I sent them one showing the split and filled it with water to show the leaking at the tip and then heard nothing back! i contacted them again a a couple of days ago and still nothing! this should not have happened after 3 uses .... : Order #72912

Around Feb 4, 2026 I sent an email to support, requesting my purchases upon delivery be signed for. Due to the area I live, packages being stolen regularly. Support agent Leah responded to my email with professionalism and understanding of my concerns. Once my purchases were verified, Leah made sure shipping required a signature upon delivery. Not what I expected
I was excited to try the Thrust Sync as my first toy but not quite what I expected. The actual stroking motion is almost non existent. It’s more about vibration. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something that actually goes up and down to get you off. Based on their refund policy, nothing you can do to return or exchange once opened so make sure it’s the right motion for you before purchasing, that way you don’t waste your money like I did. The sleeve itself feels great though.

Very well designed product. Does exactly as they say it does and feels very comfortable during use. Different settings allow for prolonged use and pleasure.

I placed an order on 1/14/26
I placed an order on 1/14/26. Confirmed email 1/15.
I haven't received an email with shipping updates. They say they will pack order following day when placed after 11am. That would have been the 15th.
I have emailed 2x - now a 3rd inquiring about my order.
No response from previous 2.
Phone number on contact page goes to voicemail.
Hopefully I will have a more positive update after this 3 email.
Update: 1/25
The item came in the following day after I wrote the initial email. No shipping info or reply ever came in till today. They apologized for the misunderstanding/ lack of communication.
“Pro” fleshy was nicely packaged with instructions. Charged up over night and tried the next.
As it states- be generous with lubrication.
Overall - the variable suction was great. Different levels of Vibration were good.
Up and down motion was ok- just wish it had speed variable on that. It’s slow and steady.
Cleaning is ok- putting the sleeve back in the holder can be a little tricky.
Overall: this isn’t all I hoped for. I doubt I’ll use it. Again- my opinion.
Quality of product is very good. Thanks for letting me edit this.
I changed my rating because it is good quality and more functions than any other I’ve seen.

Its very well made
Its very well made. Only concern is the amount of noise the product produces. In higher settings the sound is very loud. I wish they can come up with a solution to lessen the sound of the motor. Other than that, the product is good.

Fleshy values their customers
When I had an issue with the product I bought from them they were very quick to respond to my message. They were super friendly and valued my experience as a customer. They determined that the product was defective and issued a replacement very quickly.
For a small company they have a much better approach to customer service than some of the others in the industry.

Incredibly disappointing...
Incredibly disappointing. If you don't use a wild amount of lube and a very loose attachment, the motor immediately bogs down and can't even stroke. I could also see this having major issues for anyone with even a minor curve. Cheap motor, cheap plastic, really light.
I also dislike the shape quite a bit, the way you have to tuck it under yourself, but it having hard corners exactly where your body is, is really strange.
It "functions" which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.
