After a couple of days of my router disconnecting and losing the VPN capability in the house Getflix helped a lot and their attention to detail was exemplary. An excellent support service

Okay so my iphone was being hacked

Okay so my iphone was being hacked at the time and I was scared that I was going to loose my accounts, but getflix I adore, you’re all so pleasant and nice and helpful!! But ty again because I was absolutely 110% sure and scarred I was gonna loose my account.

Very bad customer service....

Very bad customer service....
I have had to write so many e-mail about been charged twice for the same subscription cause I changed my e-mail address before.
Now they refuse to reply to any of my support calls now...
its also very expensive to other competitive services...

Shame. as they used to be quite good.

Excellent service and follow up

The Getflix team answered speedly to my initial contact (less than 15 minutes) and addressed the issue effectively. Within 24 hours, the problem was resolved. I highly appreciate the fact that they informed me (as they had promised) when the issue was resolved (and didn't leave me guessing whether the system has working or not). They also provided clear step-by-step instructions to reset the system on my end. Excellente service! Thanks
