I needed to change my email address and within minutes of my request being made, Tom at Private VPN had completed the changeover. Brilliant service and thank you Private VPN and Tom.

After uninstalling private VPN 12 months ago, I forgot to cancel auto renewal of subscription and to my surprise l noticed a deduction from my account for 12 month renewal which happened yesterday.
After making contact and explaining the situation, they refused to refund my money.😥

I used Private VPN back in 2020 when living aboard to access streaming services from home. I have recently moved again so came back to it however it has updated a lil since then! I was having trouble accessing streaming services however Tom on the web chat talked me through everything and got it all working so now my VPN is working and I have access to my streaming platforms form home :)

The 4 stars are for the product as it often needs help to get it to work and I still cannot access BBC iPlayer, despite all the efforts of the support team.
The support is 5 star plus, often responding immediately via email.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the PrivateVPN Support Team for resolving my connection issues and answering all my questions promptly. Jim, Anna, Edward, and especially Dale went above and beyond. For someone like me, 75 years old and with limited technical knowledge, they explained everything in a way I could understand. As a frequent traveller, I have been using PrivateVPN for more than 8 years and it has worked well for me.
