Best Instagram revenue tool, hands down, and they handle everything for you. I’d tried boosting sales with Manychat, but it never worked for me. Highly recommend GROW AI and we love our account manager, Stephanie! Super technical and creative at the same time. We have over 70% email and phone number capture rate in our DMs, and our purchase rate is 15%. DM automation done right is such a secret weapon. We had actually done Manychat before working with GROW AI but were never able to get the insights we get now into how our customers are interacting with our brand, how they buy, and what they want to see from us.

Performance:

In just the first three months of using GrowAI, the performance of our Chat Funnels is very impressive. The chatbot facilitated substantial revenue generation, totaling $43,927 at the time of this review, which underscores its effectiveness in engaging customers and driving sales.

Absofreaking awesome! I am no stranger to internet marketing. We are a company that tries everything and that built our business entirely on ads, originally. As the ads landscape is changing, we have been looking for ways to drive more sales organically through Social Media, which brought me to GROW AI. We got going with them in mid September, so have been running for just over a month. In just a month, we have almost TRIPLED our conversion rate.
Our regular webinar funnel converts at 3%. As of right now our GROW AI funnel is converting higher than 8%. These are still low numbers for GROW AI (i know we will get them higher in the coming months) but out the gate, that's a pretty mindblowing shift in conversion rate.

I have worked with Grow AI over the years. No one knows chatbots like they do. They are my go to source for our brands to grow via DMs and I have personally seen the ROI their systems have made. Would highly recommend. You are hiring the best.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Get Grow AI. After paying them $16,000, they failed to deliver on the promises they made. We initially dealt with the owner, who was entirely unhelpful when we raised concerns about their lackluster performance. She passed us off to her "success manager," who was supposed to handle our situation and work things out. He was agreeable, and we came to a fair solution—no further charges until we started seeing results.

However, shortly after, I received an email from the owner, stating that she would not honor the agreement. In her words, "xxxx is excellent at what he does, which is why he’s in the role, but I make the final decision." Needless to say, we have disputed the $16,000 we paid this company with our credit card company. This woman cares about one thing—and it’s not your or my business.

There are plenty of other companies in the industry that care about their clients and take pride in delivering results. Get Grow AI is clearly not one of them. Save your money and your time and look elsewhere.

I read the reviews and they all seemed very positive and genuine, but after making a booking for a zoom call and getting email confirming, to then 4 minutes later to get it cancelled! so I booked it again thinking something may have gone wrong, but the same thing happened. I'm now very much doubting that any of these reviews are genuine? very disappointing!

In response to your reply on 12th Oct, I put my application in a few times as the booking page didn't seem to complete, but when I eventually got it to work and received the 2 cancellation emails there was no reason for the cancellation, ALL of our followers are genuine so not sure what you are talking about saying we only have 40% real followers? A bit of advice if you only take on customer with over 10k followers, maybe it may be a good idea to put that in the application page to save people having to waist time!

Just in the first three months of launching, and as we were still optimizing the chat system, we spent $2k-$3k on ads, just driving traffic to the chatbot, and after three months, it had made us $70k in revenue from that one DM campaign.
While that's a phenomenal ROI, the biggest thing for me as a business owner has been the conversion rate. In e-commerce, we come to accept a CVR between 4-8%, and our chatbot converts at 24-26% routinely, no matter what campaign we run. Show me a channel that, out of every 100 people, 26 of them are going to buy.

When I saw GROW AI's conversion numbers, I thought, anything that's 10x better than what I'm currently getting is either a scam or it has to be done RIGHT NOW. And sure enough, I found out that it is, in fact, a real thing.
From a UX perspective, it's very, very engaging. Our chat funnels are giving us a 25 to 30% conversion rate. And we're now pivoting almost all of our ads to direct to chat funnels instead of straight to our website because it's capturing emails at a 100% conversion rate right now. So for us to send our ad traffic, organic and paid traffic anywhere but chat funnels is a complete waste of money.
I think if you're an e-commerce business owner, regardless of what stage you're at, chat funnels are the new email as the bedrock of e-commerce owned marketing channels. And in my view, 95% of our customer base has originated from Meta platforms. And you're going to be 10 times more effective on Meta as an acquisition channel with chat funnels than without. I truly think if I had to give up email, SMS, or chat funnels, chat funnels would be the last to go.
