Avoid auto billing and subscriptions.
While I like their product I was angered and disappointed that they chose to bill me automatically after two weeks instead of monthly as I had anticipated.
Trying to cancel the subscription was only possible by canceling my payment card and requesting a replacement.
Shouldn’t the company comply with terms and conditions?
Sending more product when I’ve only just opened the last shipment is infuriating, because it’s my money they’re seizing.

We really like the product
We really like the product. Living in Kansas we struggle in the summer to get product that is not somewhat melted by the time we get it. We have paid for ice packs and they do not last very long in the package. We will keep ordering but have to take the wether in account.

I started a job at my age of 62 thinking I could do it no problem then I hurt myself 3 times one worse then the other. My friend offered me to use her roll-on of your product and it took away my pain. Nothing I have tried in the past has taken all the pain away like your product did. I got scammed by purchasing gummies on line
I got scammed by purchasing these on line from a link on the Bureau of meteorology from a company called Getronics.com. Hidden in the terms and conditions was a auto reorder authorisation which was activated when I made the payment. Six months later a new order was activated and my credit card debited. Not able to stop it through the bank as they said the transaction was authorised by me. I had no recourse and have cancelled my credit card. All I can say is buyer beware
