I fully recommend this company, very quick service and had no problems sending my device to get it repaired and received my device fully repaired very quickly

Love this place. My nexus 7's screen shattered, so after some research I found this website. I emailed and got a reply straight away, sent my tablet off on the weds about 4pm. By Thursday afternoon I had email updates saying it was fixed, and by Friday at 1pm it was delivered. Thank you, Get it Repaired!

My iPhone 4 had switched itself off and just wouldn't respond to anything. When I took it into Apple they said that it was effectively dead and any data that I hadn't backed up (which was maybe a couple of weeks' worth) was gone too.

Apple gave me a choice of spending £120 for a refurbished hand set, signing up to a new tariff (which wasn't an option for me) or spending £529+ on a new iPhone 5.

Luckily I decided to do a bit of research before deciding and found Get It Repaired. They had my iPhone returned to me in four working days (including shipping time) for a total cost of just over £50. All my data was there and they even put a full charge on the battery.

I can't really think of a way that they could improve on the service that I got. I've already recommended them to family and friends and they (rather than Apple) will be my first port of call if I ever have another problem.

I sent my my Nexus 7 off on Tuesday. It was fixed on Wednesday and returned to me by Thursday morning.

Ordering online is easy and painless. Once they receive your item they email you to tell you they have received it. You then receive an email to say it is being repaired and then a final once to say it has been fixed.

The new screen looks great. Very happy with the service and the ease of using it online.

I had got my iPhone wet and followed friends advice to put it in rice? It was nearly a week with no luck that I sent it to "get it repaired" luckily they could fix it saving me hundreds of pounds on a replacement, thanks a lot :)

The phone was delivered to you on the tuesday and i had it returned to me on wednesday in full working order i was kept up to date via every stage from delivery, repair and testing of device excellent service will recommend you

My daughter was devastated when she dropped her HTC One x shattering the screen. Amazingly it still worked but obviously wasn’t going to last long. I found Get It Repaired online and with a certain amount of trepidation sent off her phone. It arrived back 2 days later! Fantastic service! I will recommend Get It Repaired to anyone damaging their phones.

My Nexus 7 had a broken screen; they repaired it and returned it to me exactly when they said they would. The price was reasonable and I can highly recommend them to anyone with a problem of this nature.

Sent sons I Pod off Tuesday lunch time received back Thursday morning, fantastic price too, will definitely recommend.

Perfect service! Was abit wary of sending my phone off at first! Sent a couple of emails in which I had super quick replys! Sent phone off on a Tuesday and got it back before 1pm on Thursday! Incredible job on repair I couldn't be more pleased!

Brilliant service. Sent to them on the Wednesday it was repaired and back with me before dinner on the Friday. And not expensive either. Would highly recommend.

profesionalism, turnaround time, cost etc all good, but unfortunately the screen replacement on my iPhone 4 has not turned out too well. The display now has a blue ting, and looks washed out. This is particularly apparant at an angle, but is present even completely face on. This was immediately obvious, and is quite clear when compared side-by-side with the replacement iPhone 4 I also have.

GIR contacted me directly about this, and I have to say the Customer Service was faultless, and we have now sorted it out. I have updated to 5 stars now as I am really pleased with the personal attention I got.

I chose this company based on the reviews. I posted an iphone off monday morning to replace a cracked screen, and received it back wednesday lunch time. I got an email at every stage of the repair, from phone being received through repair, testing and dispatch. The phone is good as new. Could not ask for more. Perfect, well done Get It Repaired Ltd. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I sent my ipad for a replacement jack socket on Tuesday and received it back repaired on Thursday ! Fantastic

Faultless service !!
I read all reviews before sending off my phone, too good to be true I thought, but not so. The same day they received my phone I had an e mail update with fault explained, closely followed by a phone call with the cheapest quote I had had. Repair done that day and phone dispatched all backed up with e mails, 4 days from posting to receiving back, brilliant !. Don't hesitate an excellent company.

We sent my daughters Iphone 3GS in as none of the external buttons / headphone socket worked. We were in the hands of the honesty of Get it Repaired, they could have said it was anything. Within one day we had a reply back to say it was just a cable loose inside and there would be no charge other than the minimum diagnostic charge. Fantastic !!!!!
