Just received my LG G2 back with new screen. Only posted on Friday afternoon and back with me by Tuesday 12,30pm. Regular emails throughout giving updates. Fantastic service, use with confidence!

I dropped my nexus 5 on a tiled floor and it didn't bounce. The screen was is urgent need of replacement. I telephoned LG who make the nexus and was quoted £120. Having googled repair firms I came across Getitrepaired and I was so glad I did. I boxed it up and posted it, recorded delivery. I had an email next day telling me they had received it and during the same day I was emailed with what stage the repair was at. At the end of that day I was told it was ready for dispatch. I received it back the next day having been informed at what time delivery would be, within an hour timeslot and true to their word it arrived very well wrapped and this cost £78.99. The new screen made the phone as good as new. In this day for a firm that provide great service and quality work is a firm worth recommending. I can't praise them enough

Having smashed the screen on a LG G3 there was quite a shortage of specialist repairers thrown up by Google - but went with this company.

Exceptional service Phone sent on Monday, received back on Wednesday with regular updates during the short process. Phone as new and returned very well packaged (and I mean well packaged!).

i've only ever come on here to leave a review for a really horrible website, i don't leave reviews for mediocre services, and now i'm bothering to use some of my time to review this excellent company.

i dropped my nexus 4 in store whilst shopping, it doesn' have a case, i'd dropped it numerous times before that but nothing happened, and on this faithful day i nonchalantly picked up my phone off the floor thinking it'd turn out like all the other times... i saw the most horrible cracked screen i've ever in my entire life, if not for the screen protector the glass would have gone flying every where... that wasn't the horrific part though... the worst part was the screen still displaying ....but it wouldn't respond to any gestures! lo and behold turns out LG embedded the touch panel into the glass, so break the glass and you're done for, but i refuse to buy any other phone so i had to fix it. Long story short:

Thursday Around 2pm: woke up to see a bunch of emails that had me so flabbergasted.

i couldn't believe it, i thought maybe they got the wrong phone, maybe it was a lie but oh no. today (friday) at 1:45pm i got my phone back and the screen works! you can even follow the delivery van as it wanders around your city delivering people's items before it gets to you.

it's not like i'm praying that i break another phone, but if i do, i know who i'm sending it to... and i'm telliing everyone i know about it too ha!

Sent my Nexus 7 off with a cracked screen on Tuesday, received it back with a new screen on Friday with updates throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this company.

Posted mobile on Thursday, was received on Friday, repaired and posted back to arrive on Monday.... with updates on the progress and return delivery throughout. Can't fault the service!

Excellent service! The time taken to repair and deliver was very rapid and I was constantly updated via email with the status of repair and location.

I had a horrific crack on my Sony Xperia Z1 screen and now it's back to me it is in pristine condition and looks brand new! I am very impressed with the quality of the repair and the information gained throughtout the process.

Sent my LG G3 for water damage repair as it had been dropped into swimming pool on holiday in Greece . Sent for a prepaid box which came next day and was kept informed as to the stages of diagnostics, they found that the screen connector was badly corroded and once cleaned the phone was back to as new. I got an email to say there would be no further charge for the repair and all it cost me was £24-95, brilliant. You can really trust this company not to rip you off, Thanks Paul keep up the good work, 10/10.

I found getitrepaired simply through google, I'd never heard of them. I'd cracked an Xperia Z3 screen and Sony said they wanted up to £500 to replace and £22 just to look at it! I used Getitrepaired as they charged me a small fraction of this (£124.99). From the first second the process was excellent. I received an email at every stage of the repair, when they received the phone, when they were fixing it, testing it and dispatching it. It was there just two days and come back perfect.
After charging the phone overnight on the first night the screen cracked again. I emailed Paul and told him what had happened and he told me to send it back for review. No quibble, no suggestion I'd broken it myself, no additional charges, nothing. Repaired it with a new screen again, within 2 days and now I have it back again perfect. This company is an example to any other company on how to treat customers and how to run a business. The second repair now doubt cost them money but they have a loyal customer for life now. It was such a pleasant change not to have to fight and argue for good service. I think the company is truly excellent.

Having managed to stand on my Nexus 7 2013 like an idiot I sent it off to Get It Repaired.

The communications were excellent and I received an email at each stage. It was received Wed lunchtime and it was back with me on Friday.

They also used Interlink which meant you have an hours slot where the parcel will turn up - much better than waiting a whole day.

I would have no reservations recommending them or using them again.

Get it Repaired have just returned my Ipad 3, which required a replacement screen. I am very happy with the job they've done and impressed at how they have communicated throughout the process. Good work. Keep it up...!

Everything you would want and hope from a repair service. They kept me informed during all stages of the process - from confirming the arrival of the phone, diagnostics, confirmation of repair. They even 'fixed' for free my camera problem - which turned out to be just glue on the lens cap. Returned promptly and arrived at my desk.

Magic.

Cracked my Nexus 7 screen on Monday; sent it to Get It Repaired Tuesday; ParcelFarce screwed up and it didn't arrive until Thu; still had it back, good as new, on the Friday.

At all times kept informed and had my questions answered promptly.

The damaged screen on my iPad mini was repaired in twenty four hours at a fraction of the cost quoted by Apple. Paul was most helpful with my phone enquiry. If I get any more problems I know where I will go for help.

Chose this company after reading online reviews and was very pleased that their service matched the reviews. Posted my ipad on Monday afternoon for a new screen in the box provided. Was returned by Courier on Thursday. Also received emails showing the progress of the repair. The screen has been expertly fitted - will definitely use this company again.

I cannot commend this company highly enough.First class service from beginning to end regular updates by e mail keep you "in the loop".Aslo when having a problem this was dealt with professionally and with expediance.Bigger companies could learn from this organisation and its ethics.
