The great performance for this product and health priority.

Easy to go through.
Too much added fluff once you order the board.

My experience is limited to the order process which was straightforward and easy to complete.

Smooth check out although more product trying to be sold that I don’t need or want

The process was ok except for too much offers being sent before you can even close an order.

getkatuchef.com is an elaborate SCAM and a HOAX. They claim to have attempted to deliver your order, the delivery was unsuccessful, and the order was returned to the warehouse. If you complain to support, support will claim to have your order delivered again. Your order never arrives. The tracking number they give you is fictitious. If you email another complaint to support they reply by saying - since we have not received any response from you to this conversation, we'll mark it as solved. If you email support and request a refund, they reply with - your previously raised inquiry has been closed. Please raise a new ticket by sending a new email to us. They ask you to provide your order ID, the fictitious tracking number and any relevant photos. It is a never ending cycle of absurdity.

I ordered a set of cutting boards and then tried to cancel the order (same day, within 15 minutes) No answer until three days later and then got word it was too late. I used Paypal but they indicated I should deal with the company. "No help, basically too bad, try to recover your $$ by sending items back".
Very poor customer relations!

Scam. I was going to order one cutting board and even before I completed my order, it out me down for two and charged my card. I never even told it to complete. In seconds I tried to cancel the order but the automated response was it was too late and headed out the door for shipping. What liars! It’s Sunday!
Also I found out that there claim this cutting board will not hurt knives is baloney.
I have told my bank to cancel any payment!!!!
