Betrug
Es wurde die 3-fache Menge von Paypal abgebucht, Lieferung kam nach 6 Wochen, sofortiger Widerruf wurde nicht akzeptiert. Keine Rücksendeadresse, kein Rücksendeschein, Billigware mit Kratzern, sehr ärgerlich. Da Paypal sich nicht zuständig fühlt, geht es jetzt über den Verbraucherschutz.

Items were sent to wrong address due to company error. No reply to sort out issue.

Der Bestellvorgang war unübersichtlich - auf diese Weise bekam ich die dreifache Menge des bestellten Produkts. Die Stornierungen wurden zwar anerkannt, es gab aber keine Rücksendeadresse, keinen Retourenschein und zum Schluss bot mir der Versender einen Rabattabschlag vor. Um die Geschichte zu beenden, habe ich zugestimmt. Auf diese Weise habe ich einige Euros mehr bezahlt, als ich ursprünglich wollte. Immerhin hat das alles dann schnell und gut geklappt.

When the order was processed, the debit came through as being from checkoutera.comvilniuslt.
Fortunately my bank ( Westpac) identified this as a fraud and blocked my credit card until they had spoken to me. Apparently, this scam would have cost me a substantial amount of money had the bank not intervened.

Ordered 3 cutting boards, all in different sizes and only got delivered 1 small board. Contacted customer service and kept receving multiple automated responses and what look like different agents responding and not reading the Email trail and asking the same questions over and over for almost 2 months and when finally requested to speak with someone and possibly a refund, I've been ignored! Deffo a scam. Do not buy this product as I used it and the quality was poor.

They claim they are 100% titanium and that they won't dull your knives. But right after I ordered, they sent an email enticing me to buy more "100% STAINLESS STEEL cutting boards for 85% off". Stainless steel is not titanium, and it IS dulling my knives! And showing major scratches after a few uses.

Furthermore, their add shows a cutting board in a dishwasher taking up the entire width of the dishwasher. What I received were 6 tiny cutting boards, maybe 6" x 9". Overall, everything they advertised seems to be false. I do not recommend these. And it is such a bummer, because I ordered 6 because I wanted to give them as cool gifts to the foodies in my life! Do not trust the reviews they show on their own site. Trust TrustPilot reviews!

I paid for 8 cutting boards and only got 4.
These 4 cutting boards were delivered in bad conditions and it took 5 weeks. I contracted with Titachef, and they alway said to wait, wait.
I overpaid and got nothing.It is SCAM!!!

Worse pan ever. Don't buy. Looks like this is a scam website out of China. Even though they have a warehouse address in calif they want you to ship the pan back to China. I never got the chopping board they bilked me gor either.

These people are scammers. I ordered 2 of the cutting boards but within 5 minutes of placing my order I found something better. So I emailed customer service and asked them to stop my order and they told me " my order could not be stopped due to it already being packed and shipped". I replied that this impossible to do within 5 minutes. I got no reason except they quoted their shipping policy to me. They also said I would receive a tracking# within 24 hours of my order...of course I did not receive it. I contacted them again and they told me it sometimes takes 48 hours to receive tracking info. I responded telling them that 48 hours has already passed....I have no response from them at all. So time will tell if I even get this order for Cdn$132.00. DEFINITELY SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Lasst die Finger davon! Ich bestellte ein Schneidebrett und es kam ein Brotzeit-Brettchen. Auf meine Reklamation und Widerruf schrieben sie ich soll das Brettchen bewerten und es muss unbenutzt sein, um es zurück zu schicken, teilten mir die Adresse aber nicht mit. Das ging so über 1 Monat. Mit der 30-TageRücksendegarantie wirbt die Firma und teilt aber die Adresse nicht mit. Für mich ist das reine Abzocke.

I ordered three TitaChef cutting boards. The coating on all were chipped or peeling around the edges.

I called their customer service. I have two choices:
Return the items for replacements (return postage will be paid).
Return the items for refund (I have to pay postage)

Why on earth would I want replacements when ALL CUTTING BOARDS are damaged? And why should I pay return postage when the company's quality control processes are obviously sub par?

I asked the customer service rep these questions. He said this is their policy. I asked to speak to a manager...no one was available. I said I will provide poor product reviews on social media. He replied that whatever I wanted to say is my business.

I have only had it for one day. It's not titanium, its stainless steel and it marks with a sharp knife. Totally useless and waste of money! I can't believe I didn't check the reviews.

I bought this item on June 4th, never received it yet, today is July 14th, it's a fraud

This nothing more than a scam. I ordered 2 boards and they charged me for 4. I called the company within 2 minutes of the order going thru and they said they would send me an email within an hour letting me know what to do. The email said it was to late, that items had already been packaged, but not to worry, I could send them back and get a full refund, It went downhill from there. Thankfully I paid by paypal. Item also does not match photos of cutting board. They are roughly 5 x 9 inches. Save your time and money and skip this company.

The exact same problems as all the other reviews on here: tiny, scratched easily, not titanium, false advertising and no sign of any refund. Absolute scam

Die Qualität ist, wie bereits alle anderen geschrieben hatte, noch schlechter geht gar nicht. Ich hab zwei E-Mail an Kundenservice geschrieben, kommt keine Rückmeldung.

Das ist eine absolut Betrugs Onlineshop.

Would give no stars if possible.
Product not same as advertised. Material looks as thin as a child’s drawing board, can potentially hurt like a blade.
Don’t even trust that the metal is really safe. Currently in dispute requesting to return items and get money back. Customer service uncooperative

Absolute Garbage, Looks like it's been around the block multiple times to different customers, was received damaged too. Customer service is telling me they don't accept damaged goods returned (HaHa) but offered me 25% off my order, what a scam! Plus they are TINY and THIN.... *UPDATE* August 14th, I've been waiting now for over a month for a refund they promised would be sent in 5 Business days,,, I've contacted them 3 times, each time they say it was an error on their end and it has just been processed and I should see my refund in 5 business days,,,, Yeah OK, SCAM, DO NOT BUY for this company. Save your money
