Never and ever trust this platform; it is full of trash.

UTTERLY FRAUDULENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Simply impossible to cancel your subscription with them

Latka regularly posts revenue numbers that they claim come from CEO interviews from companies they have never spoken with. The company has a very well-known reputation for getting data in nefarious ways and then using this to try to extort companies. Do not trust Latka, and note that many have filed reports with the BBB so also don't be surprised if someone steps in to take action here soon.

Like others, we have tried to cancel the worthless service for years, and they just keep charging. No way to cancel, no response from support email. The phone number doesn't work. Considering a class action against them. Stay away from everything about Latka.

The company in question is a flagrant example of deceit and unethical conduct. They brazenly list our company on their website, filled with fictitious data, demonstrating a blatant disregard for honesty and integrity. Despite never having conducted any sort of communication with our leadership, they audaciously assert they've interviewed our CEO. Such fabrications not only undermine their credibility but also reveal a disturbing willingness to manipulate the truth for their own benefit. In an industry where trust and transparency are paramount, their actions stand out as particularly cruel and unacceptable.

Our company is listed on their site with entirely fabricated data and claims of having interviewed our CEO -- which never happened. Beware.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I had signed up for the "Send Later" Gmail add-on before that was an option. Latka bought that company and when I tried to cancel ignored my requests. It's a total scam -- I've received nothing from them for years, and have repeatedly had them blocked and the charges reversed by my credit card. This has been going on since 2019.

Purchased their service for SaaS insights, and I got a lot of information. It was helpful in understanding trends in the SaaS market. Had a slight hiccup and the team was VERY responsive in helping us and addressing it.

Scam! Have tried to unsubscribe for 3 years and they still try to charge a credit card I needed to block because of their continuous fraudulent charges. I have received my money back from the credit card company twice and still this company is somehow able to continue to operate. I have started a process with Stripe to hopefully get their account taken down.

This is a con. We cancelled out subscription over 3 years ago. We have disputed the charges with the credit card company 3 times and have been successfully refunded. We even asked Amex to block all charges from this merchant. Somehow we have been charged again. There is no option to unsubscribe. There has been absolutely no response to over 20 emails requesting that we cease this subscription. There were no articles for several years. Avoid getting mixed up with this fraudster.

I run a $15m+ ARR SaaS company and regularly use GetLatka data in our board meetings. Haven't been able to find similar data anywhere else.

Really great list ranking SaaS by revenues. I found very useful to understand the map of the industry.
