Good interest rate, easy to use platform, nice additional content/resources to get you thinking about saving and planning for your home. Above all, I really liked the level of customer service. Response within a day both times I wrote to them and the response came from a real person (shout out to Lorraine for being so helpful). They seem like a company that genuinely cares and the underlying product is very good too.

Easy experience! Had contact with Abi from the support team and was very helpful no issues at all!

Amazing company, offer great tips on how to reach your savings goal and I loved the countdown to when I could buy! After I found they were also amazing with updates on the funds release and even helped speed this up to fit in with our time frames! 😊

I’ve contacted Nude a couple of times with just general queries or feedback on the App. The team have always been so responsive to my queries - you send off the request and know it’s being dealt with rather than other providers where you forget about the request by the time they’ve replied.
I recently dealt with Lorraine who responded within 2 hours providing a full response to my email. Furthermore, she followed up again the next day without prompt to confirm the matter was resolved and provide an update - I really appreciated the help and the follow up email.
It’s good to know there’s someone at the other end of a ‘contact us’ form and provides comfort for any future communications!

I recently bought my first home, having saved the deposit with Nude. Everything about the experience was amazing. From the simple principle of being able to view the my & my wife’s deposits in one place, to the simplicity of the transfer/withdrawal to the solicitor, the whole process was smooth.

The team were also really quick to respond to emails and facilitate the whole process on their end. I’d definitely recommend Nude to others!

I reached out to Lorraine/team to manage my account and was dealt with in an extremely friendly, practical and expedient manner. Customer service was second to none and I’m really happy!

I've been using Nude for 3 months now.

It's a pretty snazzy app, with a super simple interface and process of saving.

The guidance is pretty clear and there's no information overload. I like how the layout of the app is segmented.

The savings and display of funds and activity are all clean and easy to follow such as interests and also an explanation of activities within your feed.

Overall no complaints.

I would like to say a super big thank you to Abi! You have been extremely helpful, understanding and kind! She answered any and all questions that I had (no matter how stupid and obvious they might have been) in a very quick and professional manner.

Lorraine has since responded very quickly to further follow-up emails too. I wish, I experienced the same service while I was still using their service. Extremely happy with my interaction with Lorraine, but that doesn't change my previous experience with NUDE so still keeping the 1-star"

It's crap. Don't fall for the high interest rates as I did. The customer service is appalling. Needed support from them for using my money for a first-time home purchase and they have only caused so much stress. There is a withdrawal waiting period of 90 days so not sure if I will get my money back after this period. Never going back and would not recommend at all.

Trustful and reliable company. They helped me a lot to buy my very first home! I am so grateful, didn’t wait long to get the money for the deposit! Lorraine and other people are amazing and doing their job well! Never had a problem with Nude! Thank you for everything!
