A much easier process than what I was expecting.

Both Hannah and Pete were excellent and easy to work with getting one of my old companies dissolved.

100% recommend and would use again!

Beware of hidden charges

I was happy to pay the overpriced dissolution fee to close down my limited company. All was going well but they wanted even more money after 12 months which wasn’t explained to me verbally when I took out the contract. Even though it’s hidden in their terms and conditions, I think an honourable way to do business is to tell people verbally that a deal won’t see an outcome to its forthright conclusion and that extra charges might apply in the future. Save yourself the money and engage with Business Debtline for free and dissolve your company for £10 with a strike off with company’s house.

Comparing our work to a basic £10 fee oversimplifies the complexity and professional expertise involved in properly closing a company.
