Based in Cardiff, South Wales we are always out engaging in any watersport that allows us to enjoy our awesome coastline and inland waterways. Losing a SUP Fin is a bit like breaking your arm - you can't really do anything properly.
I was so pleased to find "Get On The Water" and to make sure I purchased the right Fin I gave them a call. Gareth could not have been more helpful.
I placed my order and my new Fin arrived within a couple of days so I am now all set for the coming season.
Excellent service - customer centric and caring - so unusual these days:-)

Sent the wrong item then asked me to return to warehouse... gave me the wrong order number resulting in me waiting in the warehouse for nearly 1/2 an hour to sort it out. Very frustrating

Many thanks for your order and thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I hope your daughter will be happy with her new changing robe.

I'm so sorry that this order didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked it. We ordered the robe direct from DryRobe as we were away when the order came in and wanted to get it to you as quickly as we could.

Unfortunetly the warehouse guys at DryRobe sent the wrong robe out to you. I did give you a call on Friday to explain and arranged for a swap for you in time for your daughters birthday, but it wasn't possible for the exchange to happen on Friday.

As that appointment on Friday had passed - they issued a new order number - and this was what caused the confusion when you went to swap the robes over.

The offer of going to the warehouse was the quickest way we could get this exchanged for you - without you having to wait in for a delivery to sort this out. As the warehouse is close to where you live I thought this would be the best option.

I've issued a partial refund on the order for you as an apology for the confusion with this order.

the service & advice you get from Gareth & Katie at get on the water is spot on every time , in person or online the experience is the same value for money and you get the kit you need delivered quickly ..
The Jobe River fin is perfect ....

Great website that was super easy to navigate. Fantastic prices too. We have been looking for inflatable paddleboards for a wee while and got exactly what we wanted from you. Free delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was a massive bonus - we are UK mainland up here, not the moon like some companies think we are. Thank you for the super service and quality products
