Not genuine Jellycat toys
Not genuine Jellycat toys. They won’t refund unless you send the fakes back to china where they’ve come from which costs a bomb. Avoid at all costs!!!

Fake item?
Bought a jellycat Seagull from this website, I’m not sure if it’s fake or has been owned by someone else. More than anything it doesn’t seem like a new item, the hair in the picture is fluffy, the one I bought has matted hair on its head. It doesn’t mentioned it being pre-loved so I can only assume it is not a real item and it was no different in price.
I tried to message them on their website days ago and I am still waiting for a response.

Good quick delivery
After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned but my item arrived really quickly
The only downside was it was not packaged very well and took a while to get into shape.
All in all satisfied with everything

Please can people report the website
Please can people report the website. Im in the UK and just googled how to report a scam website and have done a report. If everyone does this the website can be taken down and they can't keep scamming people.
