Always ship out expired products and don`t refund

Vorsicht Betrug, nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Nach 2 Monaten Bestellung nicht erhalten, das Geld wurde stillschweigend einkassiert. Bei den unzählige Nachfragen wurden wir nur hingehalten. Erst bei Drohung mit Anzeige und Anwalt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung aufgrund der Menge schon zu Beginn der Bestellung storniert wurde. Sie haben das Support-Ticket ohne Kommentar geschlossen. Wollten das Geld zuerst nicht rückerstatten, erst bei erneuter Drohung mit Anzeige und Anwalt wurde das Geld kommentarlos rückerstattet.

I ordered from this company almost a year ago through paypal. I NEVER received my product. Tried contacting the company, but the number on my receipt was to at&t. It was impossible to file a dispute through paypal, I could never reach a human. It will be a year in July, 2021. To this day no product no refund. Do not give your money away

Ware bezahlt und leider keine Lieferung erhalten. 4 Wochen nach Bestellung reklamiert und Geld zurück gefordert. Da war sie angeblich unterwegs und sollte in den nächsten Tagen kommen. Nach 3 Monaten immer noch nichts da und keinerlei Auskunft, was mit der Sendung passiert ist. Auch nach 6 Monaten noch nichts angekommen. Hier bestellen wir sicherlich NICHT wieder!

I wish they would kill their ads, I can't belive the ads are anything other than an straight up attack on Google and Facebook. Why the firms allow it throug their ad services are unbelivable.

Commecials made me feel very sick. I would never buy anything of you. Its disgusting please stop it.

Scam, gross advertising as well as adware
Don't click their ads or you will never see then end of those disgusting pictures.

It's been over six weeks since i put my order. I have emailed GetPROBfresh several times. In the beginning they just sended over my tracking number, but that was rather unecessary since I already had that tracking number and I had tried to track it on my own at UPS. After a while I wrote that they as a company have a responsibility towards it's customers and that they had to figure out why the package was stuck in San Bernadino. Which it had been for several weeks. Now it's finally in sweden, but seems to be stuck again....

Also notice the fact that I had to contact them, they never once connected me to say that my delivery was late or that there was a problem. Not a sound. Really bad customer service.

Whoever these advertisers are, why you’d think it appropriate to scrape out as much gunk out of your mouths as is possible, then take photos of it and then show it off to the world is beyond me. You’re almost like the proud toddler who’s done his first poop in his potty and is showing it off to his mother. Do you even sell products to treat bad breath? Or do you make what little cash you earn by gaining disgust react clicks? Grow up and get proper jobs for god’s sake!

If this company wants to sell their product, perhaps they should not show disgusting images in their ads. Showing gooey fingers covered in tonsil cheese does not attract this consumer. I suspect most people with degrees in marketing would agree that grossing out the consumer is not a winning strategy. Notice that toilet paper ads use adorable bears, not the excreta their product is effective in removing.

It took over 2 months, for my probfresh to arrive. Unfortunately, the tabs did not dissolve in water or in the mouth, they were also extremely hard to chew and left no taste. It took me a few weeks to inform the team of the issue but they told me categorically that they could not refund me due to it being over 90 days since I placed the order. I did not realise the postage times (2.5 months) would be taken into consideration when applying for a refund. I am now out of pocket with a useless product and I am really unhappy with the response from the ProFresh Team regarding my issue.
