I think the guys name was Matt I


I think the guys name was Matt I remember him well as he is a fellow man united fan so made the call very easy. Your a credit to the company Matt thanks for helping me to protect my family for another 15 years. Let’s hope my kids still have me instead of the money. I know the wife is rubbing her hands so not sure what she is plotting. Take care.

Hassle Free Life Insurance

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Rhia was knowledgeable in her role and gave me options to suit my budget. What a lovely, warming attitude she has and I would highly recommend this company for cover. You even get a doctor on call 24hrs a day, via an app that is all part of the plan. What's not to like?

We are sorry for any confusion caused around the 23rd of December. Our offices were closed at that point for the Christmas period, which meant we were not available to take calls. There should have been out of office messaging in place to confirm our temporary closure and reopening dates.

Great initial service and smooth process

Great service and smooth process. Simple explanations, the questions were clear and the whole process did not take long. I was a bit cautious as it seemed too good to be true so asked for an email with their company logo and number including the number of their membership with the fca and they were very compliant. They got back to me with the go ahead from the underwriters quite quickly too, gave me a few choices and got the ball rolling immediately after I said yes. However, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, like most insurances you won’t know how good they are until they have to pay out, so I gave a 5 star for the service given to set up the policy.
