When I initially signed up for your service, there was no mention of any subscription fee. As a result, I was surprised to see two separate charges withdrawn from my account without clear explanation. The entire process felt disorganized and lacking in transparency — I was not informed that I would be subject to ongoing payments.

Moreover, the backpack that was promised as part of the promotion never arrived. Unfortunately, this entire experience gives the impression of being part of a misleading or deceptive scheme. While I do acknowledge that your support team responded promptly to my message and initiated a resolution, the situation still raised serious concerns.

I also found it troubling that I was encouraged to leave a review only after my refund request was approved. This approach seems questionable and undermines trust.

Furthermore, I was informed that the subscription would be canceled within the next 14 days, but it remains unclear why additional charges might continue during that period. The responses I received felt generic and overly corporate, lacking direct clarity or accountability.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve transparency and customer experience.
