Excellent smartphone app that's easy to install, use,
and puts you at your regular desktop.
The big benefit is of this app is you're not exposing sensitive (log-in native applications) on your phone that make it much more susceptible to hacks, especially if you're not using antivirus software!!

Getscreen.me has been very useful for remote access, especially when I need to connect to my computer from anywhere through the browser. Setup was simple, performance has been reliable, and features like remote management make it practical for everyday use. I also appreciate their responsive support team. Overall, it has been a convenient and effective remote access solution for me.

Getscreen.me is an excellent remote desktop solution, especially for personal use. The best part is its powerful web client, which allows me to access my home computer from my school's restricted iPad using just the Safari browser. I get a permanent link for my device, making connection incredibly fast and easy. The image quality is great and the connection is very stable. It's a much better experience than the complicated methods I used before. Highly recommended!

1: The Windows software that gets installed on the remote computer you are supporting often stays active after the support session is terminated. This includes a dialog box that returns every time its closed. My users are annoyed by this and are not able to remove this without phone support (establishing a remote session brings it back). 2: Apple support? It works but it requires the remote user you are supporting to configure two parameters (Screen Recording and Accessibility) before their screen will display properly. Most of the people I support are not able to handle these operations. They are looking for help and not an education on how to tweak settings on their Mac. 3: Android support? Works but requires the end user to gut any and all security in place on the mobile device in order for the Getscreen software to run. Not cool and also beyond the tech skills of most of the people I work with. 4: The windows version of Getscreen requires the end-user to download and run a .exe file. Many content filtering firewalls and anti-virus software will stop Getscreen in its tracks and disallow the use of it. I have not used the product that long, so I expect this may be the short list

It is insane how much I can do for free with this service. I use it to connect to my computer that runs my servers because it doesnt have a screen on it. I can also moniter what anyone is doing on my computer. It was also the only free service that lets me connect from a web browser which is insanely useful. I dont have any problems with it.

I was looking for a solution which will allow me support my parents computer if they face any issues and that is when i found this solution. Getscreen allows me to remotly connect to my parents computer and help them as and when they need help. It supports file transfer, audio call and also allows me to create a quick support link if i need to support my other family members and friends. Supports webrtc and websocket. Supports remote terminal withoutloggin in to the PC. Supports clipboard to copy information from local to remove and vice versa. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a feasible and reliable remote access solution.

Overall it was exactly what I needed. I travel a lot and use multiple devices (Android, iOS, Linux) and needed a simple way to be able to access my home computer (windows).

This checked all my boxes and was free for personal use. Could not ask anything else.

Getscreen.me is a fast, easy-to-use remote access tool at a great price. I've been looking for a replacement for the old expensive TeamViewer to be able to access remote computers via a Web based online portal which there are not any others out there. This one is great. Really happy I found it.

I almost forgot about Getscreen.me. It was taking me days to really decide which company to go for Remote Desktop Access. This platform is 10/10 for me, since i mostly use it for my HomeLab-PC for Training while am at work and to help my family/friends living of the USA. Have never encountered any problems. Works perfectly every time. Very straightforward to set up. Offers several methods for connecting to another computer or device.

Fantastic company and service. We were looking for a TeamViewer replacement and that's what we got. A great replacement. Very cool dashboard in the cloud organizes all computers and makes it so easy to connect, had great whitelabel so we look super professional too. Connects fast, great features like chat and file transfer. We are so happy 😊

Getscreen is the perfect Teamviewer replacement. It's even more stable and has an optional 2FA via Telegram. Lock keyboard and mouse is meanwhile implemented. Also a voice connection. Now a desktop app is also available. I left Teamviewer for Getscreen and don't look back.
